Amazing service and turn around time! I had a part of a costume/cosplay that needed to be altered as it was too small. After trying 4 different places first, the prices were all too high and turn around was too long, as well as a pain to get to as most places closed at 5-6pm. However, 24 Hour Tailoring is open longer, had better prices, and the fastest turn around times compared to the other places in Vegas. Not only are they fast and better priced, but their quality is absolutely amazing. I'm extremely happy. As for customer service, that was also phenomenal! I had brought in an extra part for my costume and asked about possibly steaming it. He was kind enough to teach me how it was done. The store was a little difficult to find at first. It's tucked away right next to the hello kitty cafe in a corner. The tailor made a couple of interesting comments that came across a bit like body shaming, but I don't think that was their actual intention. I had a suit jacket and pants that needed to be done, and I told him what I wanted, then proceeded to tell me about my body being "shaped weird", because I'm a man with a naturally curvy figure. However, after a little back and forth, I was were able to come up with a couple of ideas of how and where we could make the proper adjustments. The work is top quality, and everyone in the shop knows EXACTLY what they are doing. Now, the tailoring on the suit and pants came out to much more than I expected (over $140), but I'm not familiar with how much this type of service usually costs, so I don't know if that's reasonable or not, but they were the only place I could find to have my alterations done quickly, and by true professionals, so I paid it and went on my way. I do recommend their services. Just be prepared for a tailor who may be a little too outspoken, but with all good intentions. The work is quality, and you can't beat the turnaround. read more

I called the Wynn concierge to see if I can find a shoe repair place. They called all around and nothing was nearby. Dec. 30 - visit and 24 Hour tailoring is packed with last minute emergency NYE alterations from customers who didn't plan in advance. I bring in 3 slacks to be hemmed. I wait quietly to get measured and the lady assisting me thanks me for my patience. She asks when I need them by and I tell her 2 days from now is fine. She gives me a big Thank You for not saying tomorrow...lol Dec. 31 - I get a text message from 24 Hour Tailoring informing me that my alterations are ready for pick up. They also provide the hours they are open on New Year's Day. Fantastic. Jan. 1 - I stop by for pick up and try on all 3 pants in their lone dressing room. All 3 pants are hemmed at the perfect length. This is a small family owned business tucked away into a tiny corner at the Fashion Show. Their work is quality and they even provide same day service if necessary. $20 a pant is steep but you're paying a premium for the location and the speed. Today was my first time using their service and I ended up just getting my scrub top altered. I needed my medium scrub top fitted on the sides because it was very wide! It could have been a little more fitted but my time was limited as it was already 3pm and I need my scrub top for tomorrow and their time was limited as well as they closed at 7pm. Overall, it was a good job. Im going to need my scrub pants altered as well soon, so I will update accordingly. Also, if you want to avoid walking through the Fashion Show mall you can either park in the "Macy's Men's" parking which is yellow or if you really want to avoid the mall then park closer to Master Mind (I believe it's called that) in the green section closer to Nordstrom's and across Trump Towers and the store will actually be right there when you enter! I recently got a pearl pink bridesmaid dress altered and hemmed; it was $160, plus they told me they didn't have fabric to alter my dress n I would need to bring in fabric, so I did another $20, and they gave me back my dress stained and ripped the fabric on my dress while gaslighting me that it wasn't them. I give a negative-100--horrible, horrible experience. I honestly wanted to cry leaving that place. What an awful experience. Never again. I dropped off the suit around 11:30 and they were done by 3pm. I needed the pants tapered and hemmed, and the suit sleeves shortened. Okay, so because I had an episode of acute fatness before my confirmation at the Catholic Church, I needed to add an inch to my old Armani pants and also take like 2 inches off the inseam (did I really walk around with like 12 pant breaks a couple years ago?) But I needed it, like, today. Or at least by tomorrow afternoon. I'll start with this. I'm pretty sure this place is a front for like a Ukrainian arms dealer or something. I suspect they have a plush back room with scotch and two tailors who never sleep ready to sew bullet proof plates into your cocktail dress. Or maybe I'm thinking of John Wick. But that's pretty much the vibe I got from the stoicism and intentional downplay of their location, facade, and general simple surroundings. Bottom line, they got it done, did it well (no loose strings, or partial hems, or ugly trims, and for a price that I thought was very reasonable (I think $60 for the whole thing). You can't expect a rush tailor job and think it's going to cost you $15. So I'm giving it thumbs up for speed, quality, and price, and taking a couple stars for the chilling, abrupt reception I received. But I also don't want to be assassinated, so if they respond to me with just a picture of a bullet, I'll add two stars right away. read more

I've been here several times to get pants hemmed. At first I thought they did a 5 star job even though the price was steep $20 for pants & $40 for a hem on a jumpsuit. However, 4 out of 6 things the hem is starting to fall out. I took back 1 pair because it happened right away. They did fix it for free but for it to keep happening is ridiculous! It looked nothing like we had discussed and I gave her 5+ months to do it. When it came down to the last week before the wedding, I was freaking out.
