I called to schedule my maintenance on a vehicle I bought not even a year ago. I had asked for them to include 2 oil changes/maintenance when I purchased my car. They had agreed and included that in my deal. I had trouble getting service to answer my call this week. I finally spoke to someone today to get it scheduled. I mentioned it should be covered. I then was told oh, we're not max motors. The new owners are not honoring that. You can do that in Missouri. I asked that they do, and all I was told is that I'll make a note, but can't confirm it will be covered. Just sharing as this is very common when purchasing a vehicle, to ask them to include such services. So if you did the same and were promised the same, heads up! I'm fairly frustrated the new owners don't see how Max Motors was building clientele and treating customers well which brought customers back. This was the second vehicle I had bought from Max Motors. But not receiving the same level of customer service that used to be provided, will likely lead me to purchase elsewhere in the future.

I recently brought in my vehicle to get spark plugs replaced and take advantage of their complimentary vehicle inspection. The team at Ekart was able to get me in quick and fixed even quicker with a total cost of $133 for 1 plug & replacing all 8 spark plug wires. Their inspection revealed an underlying problem that caused the issue in the first place. Terry was the attendant at the front desk and did an excellent job explaining the issue and giving recommendations. My only concerns are the limited parking, and some larger estimates take awhile to put together.
