Only if there were negatives would this justify. If they mess up your car, they WILL NOT provide you their insurance to have the insurance properly evaluate the claims. They DID although, provide why they WOULDN'T provide the insurance. This said "we provided insurance before and the insurance didn't investigate properly and paid out a lot of money when they did nothing wrong" Had them tow a vehicle and they improperly towed it. I personally know the owner Son Tran! Great person to deal with, he will make sure you and your car is well taken care of. Took my car in because i got rear ended, it was scratched up bad, and the other person flee'd the scene. Left with no insurance or anything. My car had to be fixed and i had to pay out of pocket. The owner's name is Son and it is painted all over his towing trucks. They provide a wide spetrum of automotive services such as oil change, tune up, engine and electrical repairs, body works, paint, etc. Their rates are very reasonable too. read more

I got into a car accident at the end of November last year and my vehicle was taken here. After much run around from the insurance company an adjuster finally made it to look at my SUV and give the estimate on the work that needed to be done. My vehicle took about a month to repair, not 249 Collisions fault my claims adjuster was really dragging her feet on this incident and caused a lot of the issues I had, once I got my vehicle back it looked great! It looked like a brand new SUV. I picked my car up on Friday (Christmas Weekend) and didn't really drive it until Tuesday. My head lights were doing the weirdest thing, they were not projecting and there was a predominate line that made it impossible to see at night. I brought my car back to 249 Collision and Vincent spoke to my insurance agent, after they spoke a factory manufactured part was ordered and arrived at the shop in less than a day. I then went back and they replaced the lamp and my lights work perfect. I would definitely recommend 249 Collision. read more

where do i begin. first of all my truck was towed here due to an accident. it was there for a month. i went to pick it up and right away there was issues with my truck. the way it was shaking and the sqeaky noise. my truck was not like that before accident. i spoke to debra there and she said it was the belt that needed to be replaced. weird because it never did that with me. so all of a sudden it starts acting up once it got here? okay so i told her my truck needed to be fixed and she along with a mechanic said the ins will not pay for damages not accident related. clearly this was accident related since it was not like that. i left the location and decided to take it to a nissan delaership so i can get a diagnostic on it. and i was right, the mechanic issue was accident related. i def did not want my truck back at this bodyshop. so today i call the bodyshop and ask to speak to the owner of the bodyshop and debra refuses to let me talk to him. much less give me his name over the phone. not a good sign for buisness. i looked at my paperwork that was given to me and bottom line, my truck was only fixed on body work not mechanic. so she says thats all they did was bodyshop. well why not? oh they probably thought i was driving my truck like that and it was normal. hmmmmmm. okay. oh their excuse for saying my truck was shaking was because it was the belt. sure! nissan delaership said otherwise. great job 249 collision for your outstanding performance! i do not recommend this place to anyone. my truck came out of there worse than what it did. it was not fixed and not that this is all their fault because its not. it was mine for not taking it to a nissan dealership. horrible place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

BEWAREE!!!! They put my life in MAJOR FATAL DANGER. I took my car there for reepairs after a collision and got it back in worse shape then when I took it. Yes, it 'appeared' nice but upon closer inspection, most of what they charged for was never done. A window motor, which was not replaced until I took it back the SECOND time the window shatterd, that I was charged for initially, as well as an allignment which was never done. There was suspension work, some that needed welding but only received tack welds, could fall apart at any moment while im driving. There was also a bolt missing, the screw was hanging four inshes out, about to come out completely, which most likely wouldve killed me at any seed over 30 mph. GET YOUR CAR CHECKED OUT BY A LEGITIMATE MECHANIC IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! LOSING YOUR LIFE IS NOT WORTH IT!! I will post pictures shortly if it allows. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend and I experienced a horrible customer service and workmanship quality here. Very poor customer service! The Owner Son speaks to his customers with profound language. He literally cursed my boyfriend out of his shop after the fact that the painter at this facility messed up his car and left the paint job just horrible with bubbles and chips alond side the driver door. The owner Son didnt even want to acknowledge the job that his workers did. And guess what, my boyfriend had to leave his property with the car as is. No kind of standing ground by the owner to work something out to help and make his customer happy. There are so many asians there that have no business in the converstion that my boyfriend and i had with the lead man and he wants to yell at me and tell me to shut up. This place, is unorganized, unprofessional, and low quality in there work ethics. " I WOULD NOT DARE TO TELL PEOPLE TO TRUST THERE CARS IN THE HANDS OF THIS AUTO REPAIR CENTER." read more
