This can basically render printers permanently useless. An HP trick to get customers to buy their more expensive ink cartridges. I just had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get my computer fixed here. After assuring…read moreme it was fixed, I took it home only to find that it still had the issue. Then they promised me that another fix would work, so I brought it in a second time, only to be told that they had to order the part, which would be there Saturday. I planned on coming in Saturday, but the part didn't come until Tuesday. They assured me I could come in on Friday at noon and it would be fixed in 1-2 hours. I got a call at 5:15 pm telling me it was all finished, too late for me Friday. So, I came in today, Saturday (my 6th trip to the shop) feeling assured that I had finally reached the finish line. Only to find that, in spite of the Friday evening call telling me it was all ready, that they had not fixed it at all! Very inconsiderate lack of communication. The only redeeming part of the experience is that they gave me a full refund. But, here I am at square one again with a broken computer, after 3 weeks and 6 separate trips to the shop.
