He then took time to come outside with me and show me how to plug my phone into my rather old sound system (you cannot use CarPlay with a cord) and how to make the nav system work so that it played directions over my car speakers without interfering with the blue tooth connection to my hearing aids. While there, he diagnosed a problem I was having with my laptop and showed me how to bring it back on line.. It was an operator error so no repair was needed and no charge was made. Stopped in to ask a question about a printer cartridge jam we could not unjam ourselves. Scott…read more(owner, I believe?) was so helpful in explaining to us how HP purposefully creates these jams when generic, non-HP cartridges are used. This can basically render printers permanently useless. An HP trick to get customers to buy their more expensive ink cartridges. He suggested that we return all cartridges for a full refund immediately. We had to purchase a new printer. Scott was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Never tried to sell us anything. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future should we need computer/printer issues. His advice is trustworthy and no hard-sell!!!

Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running!
