More like 3.5 stars. For a kosher salad bar it's pretty decent with a large selection of ingredients. However, it's pricy. A Santorini salad without any protein was about $12...for what? Leaves? I don't often write reviews unless the place is really great or really bad (in this case excellent!). Their acai bowls are great-not too sweet but really delicious. I have also tried their smoothies, large selection; really yummy and surprisingly filling. I wish there more locations but its definitely worth the drive. My first review had been deleted, most likely by the restaurant themselves so I am re-posting it again! I have ordered from here a few times. Every time there seem to have been an issue with the ordering. the staff is extremely rude and will hang up on you before you can finish a sentence. I have tried to place orders over the phone and was constantly told I have to email my orders and not call them in. I was yelled at by a woman on the phone who abruptly claimed I just spoke to a man who had told me this then hung up on me. The people who work there have awful business skills and lack professionalism!!! The food is good but if the customer service continues to be like this I will go somewhere else. read more

This is one of the few places in town that I can order from. I eat mostly organic, vegan, and gluten free and find it very hard to eat out when I return to NY/Great Neck for family visits. I appreciate that they offer a lot of vegan and gluten free friendly options. It's questionable whether the ingredients are organic, but the food taste clean, fresh, and nutritious. I like the Beyond Tofu wrap and the Mexicana (sin cheddar), and the Cinnamond Smoothie best. read more

I go to 27 Dressings whenever I am in town. I tried a lot of different things but my go-to is the the South Beach Wrap. They have a great chopped salad menu, it always looks very clean, fresh and pristine which will always bring me back to a place. The people that work there are really nice and friendly. We tried. We are an office and gave them a decent amount of business but their staff is rude and the orders are usually wrong. This time when I called about a mixup, they dismissed me and said I have to go through grub hub and I explained grub hub didn't make the food. This was a store error and they were so rude about it that they get no more chances. Good luck staying in business. read more

My new obsession after gaining 10 pounds from Covid! This place never disappoints.....I'm always looking forward for my lunch, my favorite items are kale Ceaser salad with a hardboiled egg. I went to 27 dressings today with a friend. The place is very OVER PRICED, dirty and small. I ordered a very small salad and they charged me $29 and my friend ordered a smaller salad and she was charged $16. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. read more

I do want to like this place and I used to go a lot but after going to professional places like chopt I just don't think I can go here anymore. They re-use their chopper, cutting board and other utensils for every salad. That's so nasty and unsanitary. They should be changing that out for each salad. Do I want my salad chopped with the same chopper that chopped tuna fish? I don't think so. Best part is they do it right in front of the owner who must be clueless to the food service practices. If the health department stepped foot in this place they would have a big problem. And there are always a million staff members around but no one knows what's going on. Just had lunch for the first time at 27 dressings. I believe they opened about two weeks ago. I got a salad, but they also have omelets and wraps. They are kosher dairy, so no grilled chicken can be found. Everything seemed fresh and tasted good. Got an iced coffee too which was yummy. They also have smoothies and bubble tea for drinks. They were well staffed in terms of numbers, but not so well in terms of training. The poor guy behind the counter clearly didn't understand what the difference was between romaine and iceburg lettuce. The impatient customer in front of me was kind enough to turn off her phone while she abruptly educated him. (Ahh, Home sweet Great Neck) He had to keep looking behind himself to see what he should put in their predesigned salads. Give the man a reference card on the back of the case please. And for those of us who are vertically challenged, I would love to just check a list of options and hand it over for the design you own salad option. Between my petite height, the workers english skills and the volume of the crowded restaurant ordering required going up onto my tippy toes along with some shouting. Fortunately the very kind owner was at the register, so ordering drinks and paying went very smoothly. At $10-12 a salad, I would have hoped for better options on tables. It was packed for lunch, and the seating area was tight. I will be back often on my own, but wouldn't bring a friend who I wanted to gossip with about anything juicy. The food selection in this place is great and the food is quite good. What's not good is the service specifically provided by jen it says Jen on the receipt but it was some blonde lady. I was annoyed that as I was placing my order she was talking in Spanish to two different people. I am the customer and am paying for my service please give me 2 minutes of your time. Once I got my ordered in she asked if I wanted the dressing on the side or mixed . I specified I wanted it ON THE SIDE NOT MIXED IN THE SALAD. What did I get ? Dressing heavily mixed in the salad. Now of course if she had been paying attention to me and not chit chatting perhaps she could get the order correct. I then proceed to order the panini, SHE starts making the panini and meets me by the cashier as I pay. I pay 22 bucks for my food . She places it in the bag and I head out. As I left, I check and see there is only salad in the bag no pannini which I paid for . I come back and She s nowhere to be found. My panini is on the counter where the food is made just waiting there. Finally I got the attention of someone in the kitchen and they gave me my panini . So overall I am disappointed because the food is good but the service is lacking. I don't know if it was an off day for her or she was just tired but I was the only person there the least u could do is pay attention and get the order right. Not a bad place to grab a quick lunch for a reasonable price. Just don't think that since its salad it can't have different combinations of taste, there are plenty of styles, cheeses and of course dressings to choose from. This place is ridiculously cheap. I had a delivery for two salads for almost $20 and my salad bowls are barely half way filled. I specifically asked them to put my dressing on the side and they did not, by the time my salads reached to my house they were like water. Even when I go to the store, I have to repeat myself a few times for them to fill my bowl up to how it should be filled. read more
