My wash took about 5 minutes, but upon leaving, the drying portion was self-paced, so make sure to drive slowly through it! My car wasn't horrifically dirty to begin with, but I had just traveled about 1000 miles, and this car wash did the trick. Will definitely return for routine cleanings! EDIT: I noticed my car had the same dirty water marks before and after my wash. The marks were relatively recent and not caked on, so they should've been easily removed by the wash... will still return to this business for routine washing but be more weary about the touchless drive thru service.

I ordered The Works wash which is $35 plus tip with the hope that they would remove the water spots and bug residue from my front bumper and side doors. When they drove my car up to the touch up area my car looked much cleaner. Mind you, my car wasn't filthy to begin with. I just really needed those water spots removed which were not deep whatsoever. I was in a rush so I didn't do a walk through because the employee was working on my car for at least 10 minutes so I figured she cleaned up the noticeable spots. I don't expect the car to be immaculate because I didn't order a detail. When I arrived home I got out of my car and walked around. Low and behold the spots were still there. I blame myself for not taking the time to do a quick walk around but I also expected better service than what I had paid for which was a total of $40. I called Lindstrom and explained everything to them. The woman on the phone told me that its $100 minimum for spot removal depending how deep it is. I wasn't about to pay that so I took a wet towel and did it myself. I was probably better off going to the cheaper car wash a quarter mile up the street.

First, my black truck hadn't been washed in probably 8 or 9 months. The inside was just as bad. The Golden Retriever had gone to the vet several times and the mutt to the groomers. Dog hair abundant. One car being vacuumed and one police vehicle waiting to get started. I opted for the ultra plus full service, $29.99. The attendant did try to get me to upgrade to the $9.99 inside "special" but declined after reading several other yelpers experience with the "special". I waited about 15-20 minutes before they yelled ready. The outside was ok, typical run of the mill automatic drive thru car wash. The inside, again I wasn't expecting much but whoever vacuumed my truck did a fine job getting 90% of the dog hair off the seats and carpeted floor mats. Was it worth $30, probably not. $35 with the tip I gave the older woman drying. But I'm no longer embarrassed to drive it. And if I'm in the area I would definitely use their services again.

The full serve washes are okay, they don't really do the interior well at all. The detail was subpar, in fact they left wax on my rear emblem of my truck and have seemingly damaged it forever (these were emblems I purchased after I bought my truck so money wasted now). I thought that hey, you get what you pay for letting a car wash like this detail your truck so I was just going to elect to use their self-serve option next time. I did the platinum with the self-serve (highest option) and my lord what a mistake. I used to go to Clean Freak for self-serve (right next door) and I'm definitely going back, even if you have to wait ten minutes for a vacuum. This place left so much soap in the bed of my truck it was ridiculous. I had to vacuum the soap out - which was an ordeal because almost every vacuum I tried was non-operable. This place really could be something great but they don't really do anything even average. I'm not coming back after this fourth try. It's a shame because I tried different services to find that niche and just couldn't.
