I find this charge unreasonable and excessive. I was not being asked to pay an additional $10 or $20 for an upgrade--the manager wanted another $40, bringing the total to $80. For $80, I could purchase two separate VIP washes, which makes the additional charge seem disproportionate to the service being provided. I believe the pricing and what is included in the VIP package should be clearly explained to customers before they purchase the service. I also feel that charging an additional $40 simply for an interior/vacuuming upgrade is excessive and feels like overcharging. I would appreciate an explanation of the VIP package, the reason for the additional $40 charge, and a reasonable resolution to this matter. I am requesting that management review this situation and consider an appropriate refund or adjustment. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue fairly. I would also appreciate clearer disclosure of package details and upgrade pricing so other customers do not experience the same situation.

My wash took about 5 minutes, but upon leaving, the drying portion was self-paced, so make sure to drive slowly through it! My car wasn't horrifically dirty to begin with, but I had just traveled about 1000 miles, and this car wash did the trick. Will definitely return for routine cleanings! EDIT: I noticed my car had the same dirty water marks before and after my wash. The marks were relatively recent and not caked on, so they should've been easily removed by the wash... will still return to this business for routine washing but be more weary about the touchless drive thru service.
