Sauce is the same thick, sugary sauce you see at almost every basic pizza place. Cheese was definitely pre-shredded. Pre-shredded cheese is coated in cornstarch to stay separated in the bag and that's the same way it melts. I know they have a brewery and I think that's their focus. The breakfast burrito and two egg breakfast were delicious. The coffee was great too! A local spot serving soups, salads, and sandwiches. I had the clam chowder, which was good. The side salad was iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and croutons. The lettuce was wilty. The restaurant seemed out of several things for their sandwiches (like spinach), but the staff was friendly. Many locals were there.
