For us it started in trying to find beef that was healthy, not something that comes from a factory. Honest people raising cattle humanely in such a way that you can actually taste the difference. One example is their filet mingon. They are absolutely the best I have had, better than any top end restaurant I have been to. It wasn't cheaper than a top end restaurant but it was better. And knowing that it's clean and then cooking it at home and pairing it with a beautiful wine just really is fantastic. And the same applies to every other cut they offer. Shipping of course is not cheap as they pack the meat well with dry ice to ensure it does not spoil in transit. I hope to one day go visit and spend a day riding a horse and helping herd the cows. They look like they are living a great clean life out there.
