Upon arrival, I also confirmed this directly with the front desk staff before our service, and I was again assured it would not be an issue. However, after our service concluded, I was informed that the gift card was not accepted after all. Had I been given accurate information, I would not have proceeded with the service that day. During this interaction, a young blonde-haired employee approached the front desk, stated "of course we don't take it," rolled her eyes, and walked away. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the confusion stemmed from misinformation provided by staff. Additionally, the men's locker room shower did not have hot water, which further detracted from the overall experience.
