Unfortunately no creditor / bank assisted them but Mr. S was able to get in touch with the credit bureau, who reached out to me and gave me his information to pick up my wallet. Mr. S was super nice and terribly honest...no a single item from my wallet was 'missing'. Thank you good Samaritans in NY for restoring my faith in humanity (dramatic, I know but that exactly how I felt after speaking to Mr. S). Johnnie was responsive and communicated his ETA. When he arrived he quickly plugged my tire, checked the rest of the tire and tested the plug. Either people don't care about spending the money or they are completely misinformed. I needed two tires replaced. Mounted and balanced. I already purchased the tires on my own. He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

He is the reason for the 5 stars review. He did exactly what I wanted and he did it so fast. Very communicative. I received photos of every move he made. The final photo is my bike in front of the shop. I felt very at ease. I highly recommend this company.
