Kyndal was super nice to engage with my wife and chat about music (and non-music) while I auditioned. Didn't buy that day, but did come back a couple weeks later and sprung for some sweet Sonus fabers. They were delivered to the store six days later, and Raymond brought them to my home the following day to personally unbox them and set them up. Big upgrade! Customer service has always been friendly and everyone goes over and above. Today, especially, we had to follow up on a warranty issue with our phone screen protectors. The Best Buy "concierge" answered my inquiry with ease, then found my replacement items and handed them to me. Once we explained everything to our cashier Isabel, she handled our exchange with patience, exemplary service and a friendly attitude. She quickly rounded someone up to help us with the replacement of our phone screen protectors and we were on our way. I'm so grateful for the staff at Best Buy, especially Isabel!

They did not offer an extended warranty because apparently you have to purchase a 179.00 membership. They used to always offer extended warranty for a cost. Then I was told that the item had to be returned in 14 days even though Sony even gives you a 60 trail. The product is not the issue but the store is. As well as I call a local number and it goes to a different country and as told we could not talk to a local store as they no longer take phones in the store. My husband wanted to know about the warranty stuff as he was u sure if he wanted to keep the item. Needless to say we will NO longer purchase from them. I think quality of service is so important.

Recently they had a change in management to a guy named Chris his customer service skills lack significantly. He is rude and unfriendly to say the least. they have our PAID OFF washer and dryer that they were supposed to be getting fixed for over a month now we have been in constant communication and no one knows anything, we have been told two different times a tech was scheduled to come out to now be told they are "way backed up" we have gotten multiple texts about payments on a washer and dryer we were told was a "loaner" and called in about the texts right away to be told to disregard and they were sent in error EVERYTIME! chris says one thing to me and a completely different thing to my husband. we still have no idea whats going on because we never get calls back like they say. just be warned that "chris" will jerk you around even tho its his employees that have made a mess, we have done NOTHING wrong, we have been in CONSTANT communication. They have comparables, including a Selmer, on their own Dorsey Music website for up to $17,000. Owner's son acknowledged that it had real value but only offered between $200 and $400. When I pointed out the comparables on his website, the punk got all jerky and said, "Now I don't really want to buy it."
