We used 2G Art Services for mounting large photos and other signage on our new office walls. We were very happy with their service.

I had pre-ordered a ticket online so I didn't mind that there was no one in the outside ticket booths plus it was hot but when I got inside, the employees, kinda looked annoyed/disappointed to see me walk in. I was still super friendly while I ordered my popcorn and drink. The girl checking me out if I already had a ticket for my movie which I told her yes but she did not ask to see it. Which makes sense, considering she worked at the concession counter, only for me to turn the corner with my phone in hand, ready to show my ticket at the ticket booth, but no one was there. Me and four other people looked for staff to come scan our tickets, but no one came and no one had to explained beforehand that no one was going to be there. I soon I'll do employees walking the hall, both ignored me and the other customers so we just all had to figure out where our auditoriums were. The staff members that we did see, saw that we were trying to figure out where our auditoriums were and did not offer any help nor spoke to us at all. It honestly made me feel like I shouldn't have bothered buying the ticket if I could just walk in without any proof of actually purchasing anything other than the snacks in my hand. Luckily, the movie it was great and the theater room seemed clean but when I left my auditorium after the movie there were four employees now at the ticket booth just hanging out and talking as if they were just hanging out in the halls of their school, still no one greeted me. No one asked me if I needed help looking for something as I was in the hall checking to see if there was a restroom other than at the exit. Again, no one offers help and I end up having to ask them to move so I could leave since they were spread out, taking up a large chunk of the hall while having their conversation. I also watched as they had the same behavior towards other customers. Overall, it didn't feel like a very welcoming theater. While, I get it if one or two employees are having a rough day and don't feel like using a customer service persona, as someone who's worked in customer service and retail myself I definitely wouldn't wanna come back to a place where almost every single employee I encountered either ignored me or seem to have some type of premeditated distaste towards me, especially not loving it when I was in such a happy mood and the whole experience just left me feeling sour and uncomfortable.

We were in the area to eat a restaurant that really enjoy that sits in the same parking lot as this theater and decided to stop and watch a movie, "The Housemaid", great movie as well. I'm such a huge Amanda Seyfried fan. The theater was clean and the atmosphere was calm. We came on a Saturday late afternoon. I was expecting long lines, large groups of teenagers, and chaos. To my surprise it was none of that. Security guard was checking tickets , Concession stand lines weren't busy at all and we practically had the entire theater to ourselves. It was nice experience and I look forward to returning again soon .

I am writing on behalf of a friend and her family regarding a deeply concerning experience during a…read morerecent birthday celebration for her 85-year-old grandmother. The family had gathered at the bowling alley with a large group, many of whom were elderly. Upon arrival, they intentionally chose seating at the far end of the facility to remain out of the way and to better accommodate the needs of older guests, including the grandmother, who uses a wheelchair. Once all guests had arrived and they proceeded to secure lanes and rental shoes, they were instructed by the manager to relocate to lanes closer to the center of the building. My friend respectfully explained that this would be highly inconvenient and potentially difficult, as it required moving her grandmother and several elderly guests. Despite this, the manager showed no willingness to accommodate or consider their circumstances. While attempting to comply and relocate the group, one of the family members fell and sustained an injury to her knee and shoulder. This incident understandably caused distress. When the manager was informed, his response lacked empathy and professionalism. No apology was offered; instead, he simply proceeded to document the incident. From an outside perspective, this situation raises serious concerns regarding adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Businesses have a responsibility to provide reasonable accommodations and ensure that individuals with disabilities are not placed in situations that compromise their safety or accessibility. Requiring a group to relocate without consideration for a wheelchair user's needs appears inconsistent with these obligations. My friend's family has been loyal patrons of this establishment for many years and has contributed significant business over time. However, what stood out most in this situation was the clear lack of hospitality, as well as the absence of any apology or genuine empathy following the incident. This response, combined with the overall handling of the situation, has led them to decide they will not be returning.

That request was ignored, and they were placed in the middle of a busy, high-traffic area where specifically her daughter asked not to be placed. that request was selfishly ignored. To make matters worse, one of the guests fell who happens to be my 77yr old mom and the response from management was completely lacking in compassion no apologies , no making sure she was okay nothing just an incident report . This goes beyond poor service it's a failure in basic human decency and safety awareness. Management should seriously reevaluate how they handle vulnerable guests and emergencies. Our family feels discriminated because of the guests age.
