They offer classes 4 days a week, I believe, and you can finish it within a couple weeks if you want! We are provided with a book full of recipes and procedures that I still refer to. The inside of the school is like a real bar so you get REAL practice. The only difference is that the bottles are filled with colored water instead of actual liquor so you can practice a million times over, and we have plastic fruit instead of real fruit. The instructors, especially Kenny, are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in their teaching. Not every bartender in the world is certified, but if you get certified here, you'll likely know more than most bartenders out there. Through the school, I was able to find a couple one-time gigs. Recently, Kenny referred a bar owner to me, and I got hired on the spot!! It's awesome because even after you graduate, you can return to the school to practice for interviews if you want. Come here if you want to get certified quickly, at great cost, and get the necessary knowledge and connections to work at bars in the area! :)

Service on the day of the event was fantastic, and the bartenders they sent out were professional, fun, and great to work with. They provided great drinks, cleaned everything up, and were easy to work with. Their pricing was also the best and the most flexible out of all of the quotes I received across five or six different vendors. What's advertised: * A structured, beginner-friendly bartending course *Professional environment *Hands-on training with proper materials *Certification upon completion What I actually experienced: The class was held inside a storage unit. Not a bar. Not a classroom. A storage room (see photos). The environment was dirty and unprofessional, and one of the juices provided had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable for anything involving food or beverages. Several basic ingredients (like cranberry and orange juice) were missing, so we were told to substitute with whatever was available. The class was supposed to run from 7pm-11pm but ended early around 10:20pm, and there was no legitimate certification test, despite that being advertised. Most of the time was spent casually making drinks with very little structured instruction. This did not feel like a real training course. It gets worse: Photos taken during the class were later edited with what appears to be an AI-generated bar background to make it look like students are learning in a professional bar setting. That is NOT what the actual environment looks like. On top of that, the certificate I received was issued with an incorrect date from a previous year, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of the certification itself. To be clear, the instructor was kind but the overall experience does not reflect a $440 professional program in any way. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their money.

I finally got to try making pizza from scratch. They had a real pizza oven and a ton of pizza toppings to choose from.
