My son took his laptop to have fans replaced and had it returned to him unusable and in pieces. Unfortunately the fans my son bought were the wrong size. No problem, not the guy's fault. Gave my son back his computer in pieces (see pic) and in completely unworkable condition just prior to flying internationally. He told my son he bent the fans he took out. Big problem. No fix, just a suggestion to use bubble wrap. Seriously. Don't bring your computer here. I repeat. Don't bring your computer here. My son thought having fans replaced would be quick and easy. Instead he had his computer returned to him in peices. Bring your computer here at your own risk. My suggestion would be to go some place reputable who will guarantee their work. read more

Absolutely mind blowing service. I can't recommend Jeremy or his service highly enough. My computer crashed and would not reboot. He recovered all of my data and upgraded me to windows 10. These guys were spot-on with repair of our Lenovo laptop that had a loose / failing hinge. I have a large old HP touchscreen all in one computer. It's about 11 years old and only a dual core, but the screen is fantastic. That's why I have tried to keep it working. I've been successful until recently. It kept going to a dark screen and not responding after an update: I couldn't even reinstall Windows 10 after several attempts. I am pretty good with computers and have even built a few systems myself. I had a Netbook that had some totally baffling display problems, and a hijacked browser by the infamous Ask.com courtesy of a Java download (I hate those guys!). I only used my Netbook a small percentage of the time so I did not want to spend the minimum of $100+/- to have a storefront repair business to diagnose and treat it. I knew that using a non-storefront home based business is the least expensive, but along with that advantage is the risk you'll work with someone of specious skills. We have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that crashed over a year ago. We initially contacted the manufacturer who told us the hard drive needed to be replaced. After that, we took the laptop to Data Doctors, who told us it would cost over $300 to replace the hard drive or they could simply take the laptop and recycle since $300 was the cost of buying a new laptop. We did not feel comfortable with Data Doctors, so we held off on doing anything with the laptop for several months. We eventually came across Jeremy's information on Google. We dropped off the laptop mid-morning and the repairs were completed by the end of the day. Jeremy replaced the hard drive with a larger one and increase the memory for only $120. Dropped off my elderly mom's desktop on a Saturday with a power switch problem was told I would get a call first thing Monday morning. Did not get a call.
