You can literally find the same or better on apps like Poshmark for less, or just buy it new with a coupon/promo code or at an outlet. It feels less like a thrift/consignment store and more like a place banking on people not knowing better. Whoever runs pricing here clearly understands how to maximize profit--but not value. A day before my pickup, the confirmation email said I had to have everything on the curb unless prior arrangements had been made with the call center. So I called about noon and left a message saying it was not possible for me to move items to curb. They were on the ground floor bedrooms. I asked for a call back to confirm and didn't receive one. The truck came and the drivers refused to move the items out of the house. I called again and got voicemail again. This time I wanted confirmation that my credit card would not be charged for the failed pickup. I haven't heard back. Obviously, I'm donating another organization
