We were ok with the price quoted then offended to find out the price quoted was a three installment price making it 3X the original price we had seen. We started looking around and found Option Auto Glass. All contact was quick and his price was more than half the price quoted by the large advertiser. His price included home install at no additional cost and Francisco was very friendly and efficient. Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid. But when I spoke to Melissa and made the appointment, she asked if I wanted to drive my car in or have someone come to the house. I told her that I wanted someone to come to my house. When I was getting ready to pay, Arsenio told me a price that was $98 more than what I was quoted and he told me the $98 fee was for him to come to the house. I told him I would not pay that fee as Melissa didn't disclose that on the call and we only spoke of the insurance deductible of $500. Arsenio called his office and they waived the $98 fee.
