Choosing Onsite Auto Glass was hands down the best decision I've made in ages! The owner & lead installer Nick was extremely courteous, responsive, and honest through the whole process. After a headache with the Mercedes dealership and their 'partner', then a total nightmare with Safelite wasting my time, I was so frustrated I didn't know what to do. Yelp gave me an option to contact 5 businesses instead of just 1, and I could tell immediately that Nick was the only installer I trusted with my new Mercedes AMG. Aside from the best price and soonest appointment, I could tell that I was not going to be left hanging. First off our experience with Nick and his wife was awsome. Very professional and easy to communicate with. There shop was very clean and easy to locate. They offered the option for mobile service but decided to make it a family day and head to riverside to there office. Nick was able to locate an OEM windshield in one day and we were in and out by noon. He was very informative and knew his trade in and out. He even explained the diffrent adhesives and gave us the best one they offered. We were on a road trip from Texas and my car was broken into and we had 4 windows broken (thank you San Fran). They were able to get 3 of the windows (the other window was only available from Nissan and it would take a couple of days and we would be further down the coast by that time) and met us at our hotel and replaced them. They put cardboard and duct tape on the last window and said they would keep looking and try and get us a window from another Onsite location that was convenient for us. They called us a couple of days later and said that they could replace the last window at their Riverside location which was perfect for us as we were going right by there. I couldn't believe how hard they worked to get us that last window and coordinate it for our vacation schedule. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the last leg of our road trip. I can't recommend them enough! read more
