Got a bad haircut ! Came in with long hair, mildly wavy hair. I had not style the 3 year old layers had long grown out, so i was a clean canvas. I asked for long layers and layers that frame my face. Came in with three reference pics. The stylist I got was on her phone the entire time, she didn't bother to see the reference pictures, kind of had to force her to look. She sprayed my hair wet and started cutting away. Moments later she was done. I reminded her I asked for layers to frame my face. She then began to cut away (while still on the phone) she just grabbed one side did that angled cut they due where they run through your hair with the edge of the scissors. She did one side and then the other and sent me on my way. No measuring, no aligning, no checking to see if it was even. She didn't offer to style it either. It was my first time giving them a try, and the last. My hair dried and was ueven. I have one very short strand on the side of my face. read more

I'm actually really bummed to leave this review....I went in and warned that I had already double bleached my hair a few months prior. It was still in good condition with maybe 2-3 inches of dead hair as I hadn't cut my hair in about 8-9 months. We discussed highlights and balayage. I originally wanted just highlights but the look I showed would have been better achieved. I assume they thought the hair was strong enough. During the process they mentioned that I took on damage and that it would be fine because I was cutting off about 6-8 inches to the length I wanted. After the first shower and blow dry, I realized how much hair I lost (I had thick hair), now it's very thin and dead almost an entire 6 inches after the service. The hair just puffs out and even in a bun it is super thin. Now to make it even feel better, I am going to have to cut off those 6 inches and go to a bob to even make it feel somewhat healthy. I instantly bought binding shampoo and conditioners. I already had a ton of ION hair products from leave in repair, keratin spray and heat protector along with hair oils from QUAI. There is absolutely no coming back from the damage done. They should have absolutely said no bleach at all, let's do a solid color if there was going to be this much of a mess. My hair was babied and in good condition. I paid way too much to have horrible damage and more than half the hair I had come off with excessive damage. I honestly want a refund or partial. I am going to a salon somewhere else to chop the dead hair off my hair is/was a huge part of me. I know it grows back but to the length will take a good year or 2. The root color is pretty though. Also, I am a MUA and their makeup station was absolutely disgusting! Makeup and brushes were all dirty and dusty looking. This is a shame read more

She new exactly what I wanted and walked me through every step of the process to make sure I knew what was going to happen. I've been bringing my kids here for quite some time now I can say we're regulars. It upsets me that every time my husband makes an appointment they still have to wait it never fails. Don't over book if you can't handle it! It's a bit annoying because it's not cheap to get 3 boy haircuts. If we pay and have an appointment it should def be respected. I hope this situation gets better if not I will have to find a new barber for my boys unfortunately. I like to get my haircut by Julie, she's very kind and welcoming, and is knowledgeable about what she does! I have yet to have a good experience with the other girls. I've came another time to get my kids haircut with whomever was available and didn't get the same welcoming vibe from this person, on that same visit I asked for a receipt but didn't get one..could've got some from storage or something?seemed a little careless. During my visit I came with a picture and an idea. I dealt with Vero. She was very helpful and I could tell she had a lot of experience. I wanted long layers and two chucks of hair dyed. I have came here about 5 times total and once I had them just put a toner in. Women's haircut are $15 and that's mainly what I would go for. Parking right up front or back park also has a lot of parking spots. These girls work way better with men's hair. I've seen them put extensions on and it's just a mess. Most of the girls that come actually dye hair seem like friends or family friends because I don't see how most girl I see walk out would come back to this place. Definitely ask for pricing before you get anything done. They're inconsistent when they charge you. My sister went for a haircut (cut only) and paid $14. I went for a cut (wash & dry) the next day and paid $36. The last time I was there it was about $6 or $7 more to wah and style. By the way, I only got a lob, nothing fancy. I was recommended to come here to do my eyelashes by a friend. I got them done and i pretty much threw my money away. They look really bad and a few hours after I got them done they started to fall off. I've got my eyelashes done before and I know how to take care of them. On a personal level the ladies were great, very nice and easy going . Wonderful attitudes but on a business level I will never go back ever again for lashes. These ladies are awesome, I went to get my hair cut fix from another previous salon the day before. The girl name Desiree I believe cut my hair. I told her how I wanted my faux hawk that was ruined but she managed to fix so it can grow back clean. She mention she just beginning so she asked another stylist if my back side of my haid wss fine.
