I had a very positive experience with this appliance repair company. I had been trying for months…read moreto repair my 20 year old Bosch dryer, which would stop mid cycle as the dryer door did not remain shut. After over a month of futile research, I finally found the correct door, ordered it and installed it myself, hoping and expecting the new door would fix the problem. It didn't, as the door still did not remain closed. I called several Bosch certified repair companies, including Liebherr & Bosch. Andrew contacted me in less than 30 minutes after submitting an on-line form for repairs. After reading my description of the problem and looking at several photos of the damaged and new door, he gave a reasonable diagnosis of the problem, but said a technician needed to actually see the dryer door to make an accurate diagnosis. They charged a very reasonable $95 fee for inspection, and I made an appointment for the next day. Eli, the technician, arrived on time - Andrew even texted me before Eli arrived giving me his ETA. Eli diagnosed the problem immediately, telling me the new door would not stay shut because of a broken door latch. He had the part with him, installed it, and the door remained shut and the dryer operated normally, and the dryer was fixed in minutes. I paid a very reasonable fee for the repair. What was most important was the quality of the service - first from Andrew, then with Eli - courteous, patient, provided information straight to the point, experienced and professional.
