Honestly i've NEVER ever wrote a BAD review for ANY shop/restaurant. When i lived in Cortland, I went here for any of my car issues and every oil change and maintenance for a few years (Infiniti Q50). I never had any problems with this mechanic. Friendly front desk guy, Stephen. i moved away and I still came here (30 min travel) because finding a honest and detail-oriented mechanic can be hard. I don't know what happened this time around. I came for an oil change, and there's a rattling under my car that I want investigated and Stephen is aware that my exhaust has been rusting and I have been here to weld it back together before. I made sure the welder was there when I dropped it off. 1. I dropped off my car , they kept it over the weekend, when I picked it up on Monday, there were deep scratches in my driver door frame, like someone tried to pry it open. The shop does NOT have cameras facing your cars that is in their possession, in their private lot. They don't take responsibility for anything that happens to your car. Don't even have cameras just so I can file an insurance claim (should be bare minimum, but owner only has camera facing their door so someone doesn't break into their shop, your car in their lot is fair game). 2. Welder fixed the rattling (a heat shield rusting), but completely disregarded my tailpipe that was rusting off. (but they told me something that they noticed that I didn't ask initially know about -- I had a bad wheel bearing, which they called me to notify me and I ok'ed them to fix immediately, so idk why they didn't care or notice that my tail pipe was holding by a thread). My tail pipe literally fell off on the highway on Monday , right after I picked up my car to drive home. They offered to fix it for me but obviously I gotta pay to get it fixed. At bare minimum, I should've been told that this can come off (as an average car owner that doesn't have a lift, the shop should've seen that easily when investigating the heat shield) and a literal danger to the road. Luckily it didn't hit anyone on the highway. I decided to go to a different shop to put in a new tailpipe for $80. read more

Hello everyone! I'm just here to leave an honest review! I went there to get an alignment for to today, at4 p.m The guy I spoke told me to come at that time so I was like ok, so when I get there. I told em I came here to get an alignment he told me, for what time I told em @t 4:00 p.m then he said sorry but I thought I told u tomorrow at 4, I was like that's not what you told me on the phone for today at 4. He said I didn't say that, was like wow very unprofessional! Then had like a Smirk on his face when other coworker was there listening to our conversation. So long story short, I drove almost 45 min, just for him to tell me that. I would not recommend anyone taking there vehicles there, there send off's. I'm never taking my car there NEVER! Ok...so wish I didn't have to do this but! I took my car here for transmission flush and radiator flush,and they held my car for 3 days/72hours it doesn't take that long for a transmission flush and transmission flush,so I had to go out of my way to get a rental,he told me one thing and then told me another. I have a 2004 Acura RSX,I had to spend more money than I had. The guy with tattoos gave me the run around. I don't recommend them!!! read more

First visit to this shop. Arrived on time for an alignment and was told the customer's car ahead of me was taking longer than expected...uh oh. Waited another 20 minutes for my car to be taken. Kinda wondered if I made a bad choice. My concern was unfounded. Only about 25 minutes later, my car is done and I was charged for a two wheel alignment rather than a four wheel. Turns out they checked and the rears didn't need adjusting. They could have easily charged me for all four, but didn't. That speaks volumes about honesty and fairness. Prices are extremely reasonable. Only suggestion I have is maybe spruce up the waiting area. Probably not many people wait, but it'd be nicer for those that do and it would also make a better impression. read more

Kind of a new place and appreciates new customers. Just had new tires and some "engine warning light" repairs done. Dan's friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me what needed to done and fixed it all promptly and at a very reasonable price. I'll be going back for all service from now on. read more

I'll admit, I'm usually the person who posts when the service was just god-awful. But in this case, I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Dan is incredibly helpful and honest. I'm a mechanic by education myself, but sometimes I don't have all the necessary equipment to do the job myself, or sometimes I just don't have the time. When that's the case, I take my vehicles here, and I always get taken care of. This is the shop to go to even if you don't live in Cortland. Can't recommend them highly enough read more

This place is very shady took my truck there when I first got it and they said I needed both tierods done but I only had enough for the passenger side and that was the worst so I did that i took back a couple months later and now they said my driver side tierod looked fine which was shady another month later I take it for a sway bar replacement and I drive it home and my power steering isn't working and now I just took yesterday to get my oil changed and I find that it's fixed like they messed something up and then fixed it real quick and this time I get home and my power seats not working right and I unplug the power cord to look at it and I find a unplugged cord taped around my power cord this place is shady stay away I tried to give them a chance but they're a scummy business read more
