These are all super nice, funny, and ethical guys! We went here to get my son a new Maverick and trade in his 23 Nissan Frontier pick up. We got a fair deal on the new truck and on the trade. One of the few times I have left the dealer smiling and not exhausted. 1000% satisfied! After we drove his truck home to Caledonia, I called them back and said that I really liked it. I told them I wanted a light blue with the Lariat trim. They found one for me in Iowa. They went out and picked it up. I traded in my 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor. Again, fair price for the Maverick and a fair price for my trade. This was not like going to a car dealer and getting hammered, this was like hanging out with some friends and shooting the shit.....

Brad Manning told us that they were going to cancel the warranty and we were going to be refunded for the prorated amount of the extended warranty and gap insurance. The leadership that Brad Manning Ford told me that they would be in contact with me in the next week or so once the check has arrived. It has now been several months of getting the run around and now Brad Manning is saying that we are not entitled to this refund. I strongly advise everybody stay far far away from this dealership as they have zero integrity and they're not people of their word.

During the appointment, they noticed a few things wrong regarding my tires, rotor, and pins. Rather than going through with the service of balancing and rotating tires- which would've left me me with the issues I was unaware of (worn tread, seized pin, worn rotors)- Bob notified me that I should address these 3 issues before going through with my originally desired maintenance. They chose to prioritize the customer rather than going through with the service that wouldn't have done anything in the grand scheme. For this I rate 5 stars and highly recommend the service department. I will also return here for my future needs and recommend this place to everyone. These are guys you want to pay to inspect your vehicle.

They had no authorization from me to do so, and this person had nothing to do with my loan or purchase. I went in to speak to them about it, to give them a chance to own up to the wrongdoing and sincerely apologize for their wrong. All I got was excuses about how the person presented himself as my husband and they give that info out often. He didn't even know my actual last name or how to spell it. That should have been a big, red flag. Although, their actions were very wrong even without any red flags, and they should have known better. I will never, ever give them any further business, and I will actively discourage people from using this business. Shame on them.

From start to finish, I went in on a whim to buy my daughter her first car, explained what I was doing and what I wanted this particular car for, and all the people that I spoke to, not just my salesman, were more than willing to talk to me about the car and the safety features of this car over another. Even down to the Service department, wanting to make sure that it was everything I wanted it to be to surprise her with. Financing - flawless, quick, honest straight forward and the quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. I live an Hour away from this dealership, and I will travel back for my next vehicle. Thank you! We live out of…read morestate and I had been looking at Range Rover Sport SUVs (2024 and 2025 models) within a 250 miles radius of our home. I had been watching the price on several of these SUVs available at Kunes. We had been planning a trip to Chicago anyway and decided to stop in Sycamore on our way into the city. To make a long story short, the price of the car was advertised as $61,000 online on several reputable third party sites. I even called the afternoon before we stopped by the dealership to confirm the price with the salesperson (Peyton) to make sure it was worth my time to stop and look at several of these SUVs. Peyton said the price has actually dropped a little to $60,600. Great, I thought! I should have known something wasn't right when the sales guy was pushing one of the other Range Rovers (same year, with less mileage) but with a $68,000 price tag. I asked to see the $61k SUV. He informed me it was on a "long term test drive" and wasn't available. When I clearly saw the car I saw online sitting in the lot I walked him over there and said- "What is this one? It looks like the Range Rover you claim is on a long term test drive". He said he would go inside and check it out. I should have realized right then and there this entire place is full of scammers and liars. We test drive the SUV (you know, the most affordable one that was allegedly on a long term test drive and not available) and love it. We are sitting at the sales desk, ready to make a deal and finalize paperwork. Sales guy keeps us waiting for over an hour because he is not "allowed" to do pricing- that's the manager's job. Finally, the paperwork comes back and the purchase price is $71,000! What??? Based on the Carfax report Kunes had purchased the car back in early April. You are joking right? I am getting ready to purchase a $60k vehicle you have had sitting on your lot for almost five months and you raise the advertised price by $10k right before I am ready to cut you a check for $60 grand? Ha, ha. What idiots. I should have known that gross vape and kratom I found in the middle console should have been my warning sign that this place is as shady as a trailer park. RUN don't walk from this dealership. I am in my mid-40's and this was the sketchiest experience of my entire life. Maybe they should sell beaters, not high end cars. Anybody with half a brain can see this scam from a mile away. If I could have given negative stars, I would have. I think the authorities should audit this place and make sure it is actually legit and selling cars.
