Flagstaff Windows came out to our home, measured for a door, took a deposit and said install would happened in 4-6 weeks. Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)

Its now May 2018 and I feel I have been more then patient enough. I went with Home Depot who were more then happy to be timely, honest and appreciative of my business. Home depot also installs for you and offers a warranty. Do not go with this business. Awful customer service. Greedy, for unless its a million dollar job they cannot be bothered and even then, will not come through. They do not support nor want the support of the Flagstaff community.

We never felt pressured in any way and received all the help we could have hoped for. While their merchandise is "supposed" to have blemishes or nicks, ours was almost perfect. The tech showed up on time and did a very good job installing the pet door and didn't leave a mess. The second job was the repair of a commercial door that was damaged as the result of an accident. At first Jim thought the entire hinge might have to be replaced but after they started on the repair they were able to fix it using the existing hinge which saved hundreds of dollars. I'm very impressed with the honesty and integrity Glassfixer showed - they could have easily proceeded with the more costly repair and I wouldn't have been the wiser.
