I'm writing to share my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Last week, I scheduled my first client consultation (For June 7th appointment), expecting everything to go smoothly. However, on the day of the appointment, Alex, the consultant, called me just an hour before the meeting to cancel. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as I work in the medical field and had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate this consultation, given she only gave an hour's notice. Alex explained she was feeling unwell and suggested rescheduling at my earliest convenience. I told her that due to my home commitments and schedule, next week or following week wouldn't work, and I preferred tomorrow (June 8th) Sunday appointment after work. She wanted to accommodate me since she cancelled on me last minute. She said she will call me back to confirm Sunday's appointment with her boss or another consultant if not her will do the consult but she just had to confirm with her boss first. Unfortunately, hours passed without any update, and my texts to her went unanswered. I then reached out to customer service, Alice, and I explained to her my whole situation. She said she made a note on their system and she also called Alex, the consultant, to figure out what's going on. She said per Alex's instructions, she advised her to tell me to me wait for her call. As the day ended at around 7pm (pacific time) without feedback or call, I decided to initiate the call to Alex. She agreed to the Sunday appointment and confirmed. This whole back and forth dragged from 1pm to 7pm without any word from Alex, again, the ball was dropped here, but I started to feel better when she said Sunday is good to go. Things suddenly took a strange turn when she said she was surprised when she went to see her calendar for Sunday, as I wasn't scheduled because someone supposedly canceled my appointment using my identity, claiming I didn't want skylights. This left me so puzzled since I was unaware of what skylights were, and I hadn't canceled my consultation. I wouldn't put in so much effort only to cancel, leaving me so bewildered with what she was saying. Especially since I haven't even met or discussed anything with this person. Alex kept saying she's confused because on the system it shows it's cancelled again so she can't accommodate Sunday anymore and that the company is closed so she can't call until Monday. The whole situation seemed so absurd, leaving me frustrated and skeptical of both Alex and the company. Scheduling an initial appointment shouldn't be this difficult, and the same-day cancellation was a major inconvenience due to my busy schedule. I told her to just let me know now if they can't schedule me, so I don't go through the hassle of going after work on a Sunday only to find out it's canceled again. I'm extremely disappointed and have lost trust in this company. If this is the case and I'm already struggling at the start, imagine what challenges could arise as we move forward. I should have read the reviews first! I was excited for them to come and give me a quote and see the house as I need window treatments. I booked on the app that was confirmed. I even checked back 2Xs during the week in which they assured me someone would be here today. And ... no show and no contact. I guess i am lucky that we didn't get much farther into the process based on the reviews I read. I am headed to the shade store! And hopefully the next person will read all these reviews before making an appt. Such a waste of time. read more

My shutters were ordered on December 20. I was told that they would arrive the first week in February. When I called to see where my shutters were at, I was told that the order was never processed now my shutters are delayed until the end of February would not use three Day Blinds horrible service. read more

We had a salesman come out last Saturday the 13th, but due to construction, and the window and wall not being fully completed so that the blinds could be measured accurately, we rescheduled for the following Saturday, the 20th. I called today,the day before appointment,and we were not rescheduled. Brian then told us he emailed us,which he did not! He was too busy discussing his personal life and did not reschedule us as we requested,at the originalappointment. I called and was told that the soonest slot would be a week and a half out. I texted Brian and he seemed to not care. This is not very good customer service and will be taking our business elsewhere. We trusted your company,as it is very well known, but they don't seem to care about the situation,which is not very good business practice. read more

Update: Customer Service never called me. I called them 3 times and they promised to give me feedback from the factory, but never did. You wait until you hear from the installer whenever that may be, and then you wait again for an install date. 3 Day Blinds is an endless waiting game. read more

Don't! Just Don't! Customer service is awful. No one calls back. No one answers the phone. I finally got my replacement blinds installed and they are lovely. But definitely not worth the aggravation. read more

Overall, a horrible experience. The initial price quoted for 3 wood blinds was almost $1,000 higher than the final agreed upon price. I felt like I was negotiating with a Time-Share salesman. Then when they installed our blinds 20 days later, one of the blinds was defective and had to be reordered. They didn't expedite the order so we had relatives staying in our guest bedroom with sheets over the window. The initial order was placed on August 9th and the replacement blind went in Sept. 17th, a full 39 days later. Our American Express was charged in full on August 27th and we were also charged $243 for shipping and handling. We ordered 2 Levolor Blinds through Home Depot last year for our master bedroom and everything was handled professionally and were installed for less than $800. The final price we paid 3 Day was $1,794.62 and we're hoping the quality of the blinds is better than their handling of our project. How they have the audacity to call their company 3 Day Blinds is beyond me! read more

They should be 3 month blinds. We ordered and the sales woman was nice enough but when we ordered (may) she said they'd be installed in may. Fast forward June and she's MIA so we reached out to the corporate office and they said they'd be shipped 6/21-6/25. On July 7th nothing so we email them and they never wrote back. I call today 7/14 and the woman on the phone tells me it was shipped 7/8 and would be here by next Tuesday but didn't have a tracking number. How's that even possible especially since you're telling me it'll be here by next Tuesday. I kept asking and she said she put a case manager on it and I asked to speak to a manager when they than come back and say the installation people called 7th 9th and 12th to schedule installation which is weird since they didn't and if they did why didn't they leave a message. Also why did you tell me they were shipped the 8th but someone called on the 7th to schedule a installation? I'm not saying someone is lying but they definitely don't tell the truth here. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to get a legitimate business and not this clown college they got running over here. Also they aren't even that less expensive than other places and the only reason we chose them was their installation timeframe which was clearly a tactic to get us to buy. If you are thinking of buying 3Day Blinds...don't bother. We loved our sales experience ( Barbara)...but we have had nothing but trouble with the installation people. They made an appointment for installation...the guy showed up with a couple of boxes, and we gave him a $40.00 tip to start work. He came back from his truck, and said he had the wrong boxes, but he would be back the next day, with the other boxes. He never showed up, so we called, and the lady said that she would re-order the right boxes, and make an appointment for installation. Today was the new date for the new installation...the lady called and said that she had to reschedule, because the installer had car trouble...so she said she would make sure everything would be done next Wednesday...I will hold my breath. When we asked for our money back, they said that we would have to sue them. These people are so bad, and their company has no honor, and are very incompetent...I wish I could get back my $40.00 tip back at least...this all started the first of June, and now this is August...3 Day Blinds, more like 3 Month Blinds. read more
