Well this is an update to my previous satisfied review; Eric and his assistant were here a couple days ahead of the estimated delivery date I was provided about 7 weeks ago. They installed shutters in 5 different windows for us and my wife and I can't be more pleased. We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were as well. Eric clearly laid out our two pricing and delivery options based on locally made in Long Beach (10% more which would be expected) or 10% less made in China. I like a good deal but I'm happy to pay for a locally made American product over any country especially China. The products are truly exceptional and Eric is an expert in the industry. I noticed the bogus one star review and can't figure it out unless they have a competing business or something.
