I had my window coverings all replaced in my home by Aaron in 2024. Everything seemed great. He was professional and tidy and the price was fair. We went through everything thoroughly indicating which windows needed to be motorized, valence types, and color. A week or so later, I had to reach out regarding installation as I was told installation would be within a week and had not heard back. He updated me saying he would check on it and got back to me stating the color I wanted was not available (not sure why this wasn't indicated sooner since installation should have already taken place.) I reluctantly chose another color and waited. Aaron and his staff installed the shades about a week later. Upon completion, I noted that no motorized shades were installed as requested and the options we had chosen were not correct on a few windows. I contacted him and we decided to just forego them as I was pregnant and in a time crunch. A few months later, the shades started fraying, so I contacted Aaron, and it all went downhill from There. Not only did the communication and responsiveness break down after he was paid, but he deliberately ignored me for months at a time and made many false representations. To this day, I still have not heard back from him. I would not recommend Aaron or his team to anyone. read more

The wooden woven shades on two of our windows had a busted lock, a disconnected chord, and a snapped pull chord. They looked crooked and sloppy. I had another company tell me they couldn't fix it, but I suspect they felt the money wasn't worth it. It seems like installation of new blinds is a much bigger money maker. I'm so glad we found A&M! Aaron is wonderful. He showed up right on time. He took the shades overnight, and returned promptly the next day to hang them again. They did a beautiful job BUT we paid cash and Aaron said he would email me a receipt (I mean you spend almost $700 you should get a receipt ) NEVER got my receipt we were friendly to them , gave them sodas before they left because it was hot , they took measurements in our front room and dining room , NEVER sent us quotes he just ignored me ...I'm thinking since we just live in a mobile home that we weren't a big enough job for him to worry about ..i also think it was a tax thing since we paid cash..I will give them credit for a beautiful job and that's it..turns out people are flaky and not so nice..not giving us a receipt means they can't back up their business ..that's no way to be a business man.. read more

I contacted Aaron for an estimate for roller shades, he responded the same day, he made it to our appointment on time, with samples readily available for me to select from. We had roller shades installed on our sliding glass doors as well as the kitchen door. Considering the actual installation only took about 20 minutes and the bulk of his work was customer service, that is what this review is based on. Upon installation I paid by check immediately and was promised a receipt by email by end of day. My text requests for a receipt later that week went ignored so I asked my husband to contact him. My husband received responses to both of his texts and voicemail stating that a receipt would be received shortly. Almost three weeks later and we still have no receipt. As far as I'm concerned, the receipt completes the transaction and without one, I consider this job incomplete. Just as another reviewer stated, it's not good business practices if you can't provide your clients with a receipt. It's a shame, as I was considering changing all the other window coverings to match. read more
