Travis had great communication prior to the start of the project, and he offered us a good price…read more However, things deteriorated a bit after the order was placed. He failed to communicate that he was unable to come in due to illness and sent his brother instead. While his brother did his best, some of the work had to be corrected afterward. On top of that, two of the eight batteries were defective right off the bat; Travis did replace those initially, but now one of the new batteries is already failing to hold a charge again. When we reached out, Travis requested fees just to come out and replace it. We asked what his labor warranty was--given the installation was done less than a year ago--or if he could simply ship the replacement item to us so we could handle it ourselves. Since asking those questions, he has completely ghosted us and hasn't responded in two weeks. While the finished project actually came out pretty nice and the original pricing was fair, there is zero follow-through or customer service when post-installation issues arise.

I described exactly what we needed in my inquiry and request for quote. A simple job to replace three sun shades with blackout shades on an existing motorized system. I sent pictures of what we have and what we need. Knowing all of this, the company set up a time for a consultation. A day before the scheduled consultation they tell me it's going to take 2+ hours, and that I should reschedule if I don't enough time tomorrow. I let them know that doesn't seem proportionate to the the job requested, that I'm watching a toddler full-time and I was expecting a 10-15 minute meeting to do measurements and confirm they can work with our system. They say ok. The next morning, two hours before the consultation, Melody the designer insists again on a 2+ hour meeting. I reiterate the same thing I said yesterday and she cancels the meeting.
