Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way. I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this! Had to wait about a week for the stucco guy to come out and restucco around the windows.
