Bought a used fridge off of Facebook marketplace, via phone with a female, and paid $100 extra for delivery from Norwich to Westbrook. I was told delivery would be next day between 2-5 pm. Next day I called after 5 pm and asked where my delivery was, and was told that girl who took my order mistakenly did not include my fridge for delivery, Man promised that fridge would be delivered next day between 2-5 pm. When it did not arrive next day, I called again after 5 pm, and different man could find no record of my purchase, and kept trying to tell me that mine was a different customer's purchase for a different item with no delivery. Lots of bad reviews for this company but I had no problems at all. One of the coolers at my store broke down and I needed a replacement right away. I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace from this company that had what I was looking for. I drove to their location, saw the item, negotiated a price and the cooler was delivered the following day. I visited them a couple times, shopping around for a stackable washer and dryer. I got exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I also bought a used refrigerator here that works so much better than a brand new one I bought from Lowes. I would definitely recommend them. They were kind, helpful and very professional. They also have a great plan where you can pay as you go. Please don't listen to all the bad ratings. They store used to be owned by others and many of the ratings were for them, but they went out of business because they were not customer friendly and didn't stand behind their products. We purchased 2 used freezers from them. One worked great, one did not. I reached out to them and explained what was going on. Within a day a service tech came out and diagnosed the issue and parts were ordered. They went with a part brand they trusted and not the first available so it took about 2 weeks for the part to come in. They called and scheduled an install date, but then called and said they had an opening 4 days earlier and came and replaced the part. Freezer has been great since. 10 out of 10 would do business with them again. read more

If I could rate it anything I'd rate it nothing. My boyfriend bought a whole set from them. Refrigerator, washer, and dryer! Although the people seem friendly and genuine their service showed me otherwise. The lack of customer service was appalling. First set of appliances.. nothing Worked Ok let's call them and switch. Went from new appliances to older appliances. The "old" new refrigerator swapped worked. Ok I guess we'll just keep it. The washer and dryer swap however came back not a matching set to still not work. Called no answer no messages returned. Popped up at shop and was always met with the manager not being there or I don't knows and we will fix the problem and call you back. Nothing!!!! They did return however a week later to swap the washing machine. Came in the house scraped the floors dragging in the appliance. Now where is my dryer? They didn't know we needed that swapped also. They left and said they'll return with the matching dryer... well what do ya know... we ran a cycle o the machine. That shit the bed.. what a joke right??? Ok called again they did return to swap that washing machine and bring a dryer but again that wasn't matching either.. ok washing machine now works but the dryer had an issue. They took that back only to drop an old non matching dryer outside the residence when we weren't home!! Just outside. I went in and told them of the problem. Workers there was acting like they were surprised of the issues.. Said they'll get us a matching dryer and fix the problem.. 10 days later still nothing!!! They do not take responsibility and is very unprofessional when coming to dealing with customers, and being responsive. We will be taking them to court, we have all the receipts and messages and call logs of every event and conversation. Also reporting to the BBB if they don't correct this. They send junk. Under warranty. Replace with a better one 3 days ago. Turns out it doesn't work either. And the warranty for the 2nd refrigerator they say is up nothing they can do. It's been 3 days! Now after buying many appliances from them, I'm getting a no call back, zero response from them. And the tenant I've been replacing the refrigerator for has been loosing food left and right.
