CJ and his crew were hands down the best movers I've ever used! They showed up at my apartment 5 minutes before scheduled and had everything packed up in an hour. In total my move from San Antonio to Fort Worth was all done in under 7 hours and I'm still in shock (in a great way) over how quick and efficient they were. I've used 3 men movers twice now. One to just move everything I packed already, the other for things to be moved & packed. Both times, exceptional service. I began by speaking with Teresa who puts together the crew and schedules the time ! She has amazing customer service. Kind, caring, and makes things happen. Also a huge shoutout to the crew who PUTS IN WORK, especially Marshall. Marshall has been the leader of the crew both times I've used '3 men movers'. Needless to say, I'll be requesting him anytime moving forward. Marshall is a hard worker, he's organized, lazed-focused, & a respectful/well mannered individual. He's an asset! After 10+ moves with the military, this is by far the WORST movers I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews... No one spoke English, and the one guy who spoke enough was incredibly rude and couldn't understand me. At the end of the move, I had to take over and do everything because my Spanish and their English wasn't good enough. They damaged my shelf ends, bed frame, and couch, and the best part is they stacked my totes 4 and 5 up on the dolly. I said that's not a good idea; those are heavy... not surprised that the totes tipped over and spilled my irreplaceable items from my dead grandma all over the ground. They were quick to try and help me clean up before their boss saw, but I had to waive them off because they were grabbing her handmade Christmas ornaments with carelessness. I moved a one-bedroom 9 minutes down the road to a storage unit, costing me $432 and a ton of emotional anxiety. I also watched them drive over a curb on the way... unreal. I may not have much, but I value what I have, and these guys did not value anything I had. I've never felt worse about a moving company. read more

Updated review to respond to the company's excuses. The furniture was in fact less than a 2 bedroom and most everything was in boxes. A 24 ft truck is not big enough for most moves. We did not EVER call to cancel the move as this was a done deal and the move out date was firm. Your tardiness and sloppy move is not going to be blamed on the customer. I am absolutely speechless with Misael's crew that moved me from Kerrville to Boerne. Their service is something I have not experienced before. The care and efficiency for our furniture and items was beyond what I could have hoped for. Seamless moving which I never thought was possible. I am a first time mom, with a six month old, who had zero expectation of easy moving. This was beyond any service I could imagine. These men were kind and pleasant, focused on efficiency and professionalism. I even called and messaged family/friends with how impressed I was. Moved us in three hours AND stopped at my storage unit to deliver items and take out items from the very back. I am blown away and extremely grateful. 3Men Movers were recommended to me but I so wish l never used them!!! I moved from a 1,600 sf home to a 2,300 sf home. I sold my bedroom furniture in the master bedroom and sold the bed in another before moving. 3Men Movers told me since I was scheduling the move for around noon, their policy is that they send 2 trucks and 3 men with each truck. They charge $99 flat fee for each truck and then a high hourly fee for the three guys in each truck. They took 10 hours to move load and move my stuff. There was no direction from a supervisor, they wouldn't go to new house until both trucks were completely loaded, so 6 guys are wandering around, taking there time doing nothing and they charged me over $4,000 for my move that was 20 minutes away. At this point, I was exhausted and just wanted them gone. They just stuck furniture inside anywhere, filled the garage and then left chairs, mirrors, and lamps in the backyard and on the grass. They also left their water containers and Chipotle cups all over my lawn at my old house and my neighbors property and my house at the new place. They were horrible and outrageously expensive. A $4,000+ move and they just dumped my stuff. also, they don't pay attention to anything. I marked all my boxes on two sides for bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. They paid no attention and packed my cat carriers while my cats were locked in a bathroom for the move, so I had to leave and go to Walmart to buy new ones so I could take my animals to the new home. This was a disaster!!!! They caused me so much stress. No management - just a free for all. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! read more

Do NOT fall into the HYPE! By far the worst company to work with!!! Not only are they unprofessional, but they will trash your house and will damage everything you own. Irony on our moving day we had 3 movers... Go figure! Within minutes they started to eyeball my teenage daughter and only speak Spanish amongst each other. News flash guys my kids speak Spanish!!! They moved slower than my teenagers. They took excessive breaks and unpacked and repacked our belongings so many times (4 to be exact). Careful they milk the clock!!! As we left from point A to point B, somehow we acquired two more people. Did I mention they showed up in their personal vehicle? Oh and apparently you pay for their 45 minute lunch break. As they moved things into our brand new home they damaged doorways and walls. Not to mention furniture and family heirlooms. I'm beyond mortified and livid! So we proceeded to file a damage claim. This company moves as fast as sloths when it comes to damage claims. They sent us a link. The link allows you to state your damage with exclusions, and to be frank we had a lot of damage. Wait for it...They offered to send the same dumb A-holes who damaged our house to come fix things. Are you kidding me?!? As baffled as you are reading this they then offered to come assess. Ok?!? Well needless to say we set a time. Guess what? They never showed up or called. As the weeks went by And after many attempts to reach this very unprofessional person we finally get a call back. Immediately they discussed of settling. How? You've never came out and assessed the damages your workers did??? How can you be so quick to conveniently want to pay out?!? At this point I think it's in my best interest to attorney up. Use them and you will get what you paid for sloppy work and shitty movers. I'm thrilled with 3 Men Movers! I booked them for work related move about 6 months ago and they did a perfect job. When I was moving from one city to another, I booked them for my personal home move. Luis was the lead. The three of them finished the move in record time and everything arrived in perfect shape. The majority of my furniture is made of mirrored glass, but that proved to be no problem for these movers. They were on time, moved quickly and carefully, and were super kind. I chose the afternoon move and the crew was great. I was notified the crew was on the way to my first stop and they quickly loaded the furniture. My second stop was a storage unit which the crew quickly loaded. The crew took care of all my items and double checked what was being loaded and what was not. They delivered all my items to the final destination in a timely manner. They made sure to place all items in the rooms I needed them to place them. They even offered to help me put furniture together but I declined that service. Overall I am very happy with their service and will be using them in the future. read more
