I found this place to informal dine in, since it was nice to be served, but definitely more of take out. So the prices here, pretty far and nice that menu dips it's toes In more then just sushi, hibachi and noodles. The gyoza was great, not many places straight up deep fry them, pretty crispy and plenty of filling. Both the ninja roll and spicy tuna were great, worth the price and definitely filling. Been here a few times already. The food is really good. I first got the chicken and shrimp hibachi. I wasn't a fan of the chicken, could have used a bit more flavor but the shrimp was wonderful. Big shrimp too not the baby ones. The steak hibachi is by far the best. Cooked perfectly and great flavor. The bang bang shrimp is really good too but it is a small portion though. You also get yum yum sauce with the rice. If you need extra it's just $.25. The young lady behind the counter is nice and friendly. I definitely recommend 3 Ninja. But the amount of food that you get in the hibachi box is off the chart. Imagine if you're going into a hibachi restaurant... They seat you down, they do all the fancy schmancy stuff and then you get served your food from the chef little by little. Well I can tell you the place in Middletown called Fuji in the mall is awful and I've never been back. But this place? Even though I didn't get all the chef hibachi drama prep, they were able to recreate the same exact meal in a to-go container. Oh my God. The steak? That is the absolute best steak I have ever had in a hibachi restaurant And I've been to several of them all over the world. I ordered it medium rare and it came exactly like that. Perfectly seasoned, extremely tender. Not oversalted and not drenched in disgusting salty greasy sauce. It was true hibachi steak. The chicken was very good too- pretty much your staple hibachi chicken. Vegetables? Very very good. They probably could have given you slightly larger order of vegetables. But who am I to complain? The fried rice - Good Lord I died and went to heaven. I do not like greasy food at all. I don't like fried food very much and I'm not much on sweets. But I like traditional hibachi. The rice here has a slightly greasy component but the flavor is unreal. They offer a huge sampling of it. You probably walk out of there with three meals in your hibachi box. Maybe four for me since I eat a lot less than the average person. The bang bang shrimp? for just under five bucks you get an idea of how good it is. I thought it was great; the flavors were just really nice. Just a hint of heat. People complain that it's overpriced but I don't agree. It's the perfect size appetizer. I do not have any info yet for you on the California rolls. They give you eight slices for five bucks I think. I called and they told me I could get the meal replaced for free on my next visit. Was craving a poke bowl and was surprised to find out I could get one at 3 ninja in Middletown. That they offer a poke bowl is its advantage over the other sushi places in town IMO. The place is very small but decorated very nicely with white and natural wood furniture with samurai swords and chef hats on shelves to adorn the walls. There is a counter with a glass partition then an open area with sleek white iPad like register. Beyond the counter is wall where I assume the main kitchen is for making the hot menu. I got the tuna poke bowl with no rice for $9.95. It contained tuna ( mixed with a soy sauce based poke sauce) seaweed salad, edamame, cucumber. It was prepared in front of you behind said glass partition. The sushi rolls are also made in this area. This was just ok and satisfied my craving. There was no choice of poke sauces- just the one. The ingredients tasted fresh. I would go again if I got a craving. Menu can be delivered by door dash. read more

I never tried this place before but it was the only Asian take out open on Saturday so I figured I'd give it a try. I called my order in at 7:25 and the girl said it would be done around 8pm. I arrived at 8pm and saw it was busy which wasn't a huge deal. I ordered hibachi and sushi so the hibachi was ready before the sushi. At 8:55, I finally received the rest of my order. You can imagine how upset I was waiting for almost an additional hour for my rolls. There were at least 10 people coming and going before me. I think they took the smaller orders first and did those which wasn't fair considering I ordered at 7:25 and it was done at 8:55. The hibachi meals were good portions, but the sushi fell apart as soon as you tried to grab a piece. Unfortunately I won't be going back here. read more
