    Chicken taco! Yum!
    Mike S.

Excellent tacos and Mexican food. It is now located in the Lani Kai resort on the ground level on the beach side. Quick service, friendly people that work there, and the quality of the food is amazing. Its a very popular place to eat especially those staying at or visiting the Lani Kai Resort. Lots of shops and a bar here. I stop here every time I am in town.

The best part about visiting Fort Myers Beach is stopping at Yo!Taco. Best food and a great team working behind the counter.

Years ago we visited FMB and enjoyed the Yo Taco food truck. We were thrilled to find the restaurant was now at the Lani Kai. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. An employee, Brett, was kind enough to pose for a picture for me.

I enjoyed the fresh food and outdoor seating yo!taco offered. There was live music playing and the beach right off on the side. There is a bit of wait but you will enjoy it.

Tacos were amazing! Yo Taco was recommended by a friend who had raved of this place. Didn't disappoint! Despite it being spring break, service was timely and definitely worth it. 10/10 recommend.

Always hits the spot, so glad we can come at least once while on vaca. Its seriously nothing special but the service is fast, food tasty, priced right and it's close by. Win win. Had chips and guacamole with a beef burrito this time. It fell apart and was so messy but I didn't care!

So so good!!! Food was fast!! Staff was so polite and helpful!! Got tacos all jacked up, nachos and guacamole and chips. They were amazing!! Such an easy place to get too and order from!!! So good:)

them not being open at 1pm

I love the tacos when they're open but this place is literally never open. It's literally one of my favorite food places but every time I've come down here they've been closed. I'll even come when they say they're open and yet they're still closed.

Who doesn't love Tacos? Who doesn't love tacos on the beach? Great place to grab some quick tacos before (or after) heading to the beach. They are open late too. Reasonably priced and always fresh. The fresh made shells are awesome and I recommend trying the crispy tacos.

When we got there, I noticed that several of the items on the menu that had been gluten free no longer were (their "GF" labels were whited-out). The miso salmon was labeled as GF and we double checked. We were assured that it was. When it was served I was eating it and decided to double check since miso normally has soy sauce. The manager came by and we asked him. He said it was good, but that he would check with the chef. The head chef wasn't there, but the sous chef gave note to the manager. The manager insisted that it was okay. He never said that gluten-free soy sauce was used. I'm pretty sure it's not, because I'm sick today. Frankly I'd skip this place next time, although the ambiance and views are stunning, and the wait staff was very attentive.

My daughter ordered the mussels which she liked. I ordered the stuffed arancini which was very good. Nice atmosphere so we decided to linger longer with coffee and dessert. That did not go well. We decided to share the crème brûlée. Unfortunately that night we both came down with food poisoning symptoms. The crème brûlée was the only food we shared. I did call the restaurant later the next day to inform them so they were aware and could correct the situation. I was only able to leave a message. Hopefully they received it as I never heard back from them.

His game plan was to…read morefigure out the perfect dinner spot where we could catch an epic Sanibel sunset, then still have enough time to roll over for a hallmark view of the July 4th fireworks. Mission accomplished. Lighthouse Waterfront is huge with a big dining rm on one side and another section closer to the left overlooking the outdoor deck sitting right on the water. If you're chasing sunset vibes, this deck is where it's at. We started with a dozen meaty oysters and a hot crab dip with crispy wontons to dip. For our main plates, hubs ordered the thick-cut bone-in pork chop and loved it while I went with the seasoned grilled swordfish. I had the Dubai Chocolate cocktail and I'll give them props for that pistachio rim and the dark chocolate drizzle.....that Hershey's syrup crap. The only downside was it could've packed a punch. But then again- between my recent trip to Miami/Ft Lauderdale and now Sanibel...I haven't had a drink that would know the shit out me here. No offense. Anyhow, to wrap things up, we shared a slice of key lime pie. That's basically mandatory when you're down here. It was good, but honestly, the real treat was watching that Sanibel sunset. Service was ok- I just wished our young server was more present. On the plus side, when he'd showed up, he made sure to help at any given moment. We finished dinner, headed out to the deck and soaked in every second of the sunset before making our way to catch the fireworks elsewhere.

Where to start. 1)Our servers were amazing. 2) Drinks - pathetic. $16.00 for a lime martini that tasted like a melted popsicle and was a total of 6 oz. Tasted no alcohol. 3) crab dip a 3 inch skillet of carb dip with 10 small pita chips. No taste at all and $19.00. 4) shrimp with garlic and butter over linguini - it was basically pho soup. $28.00. 5) and the best of all. Lobster Mac n cheese. It was macaroni with (I kid you not) seafood bisque over top and a small ramekin of Parmesan cheese $50.00. The man playing music (nice island vibe) in the corner was so loud I could not hear my husband across the table. In fact most asked to move to the other side but it was closed off or outside because it was so loud. Did I mention it was 95 degrees. 5 or so parties were seated after us, and while we were not at all in a hurry, every one of them received their meals prior to us and left before we received our food. Our server felt bad so she offered us some bread for the extra wait. (Shouldn't that be standard). We didn't complain and paid the over $150.00 bill plus a nice tip and the 3% charge for using a card. No manager came to ask how the meal was and at this point we were over it. Asked for a take home box and left. I can also tell you the menu was extremely limited. No crab dishes, no scallop dishes? A seafood restaurant not anymore? What happened? New management, owners? And yes we've been there since IAN so can't blame the hurricane. We will only visit Lobster Lady from now on. I sound like I just want to complain but I don't. I know it's off season and don't ever expect perfection. This was worse than horrible. Beware. It's not what it once was. Sadly! Sorry no pictures mostly out of shock but the water feature that used to be so picturesque outside was green algae.

Harold's is exactly that kind of place. Tucked into a modest strip mall, it reveals itself only once you step through the door, where the ordinary gives way to something altogether extraordinary. We were greeted by Harold as we entered and given the menus, but we actually came for the $90 tasting menu for two. Menus change often so it will never be boring. We tried the special three course meal, while our friends chose à la carte. The concept of pork belly turned off my friend so she chose a wonderful salad and the spaghetti (super meaty and tasty, but she wanted more noodles). We loved the pork belly 1st course, not fatty at all with a wonderful flavor. Three of us had the Rigatoni Alla Zozzna which was just spicy enough to really enjoy. FYI, all the noodles are made on site and Harold even has his own pastry chef. So our dessert course was a super rich chocolate concord cake which I loved. Our friends split a cheesecake, though they wanted key lime pie. Our friendly server Rachelle was super attentive and checked on us often. There are probably only 15 tables and the bar so reservations would be recommended, and I heard that it's a month wait for a table in season. (Not surprising.) Yes, Harold's may be pricey but it was worth every bite and I look forward to returning to try more of Harold's creations.
