This is the best eyebrow threading I've been to, the ladies are so friendly, efficient and detail oriented. My eyebrows always come out looking so clean, while keeping my natural shape. I have been to other places that have altered my brow shape, but here the ladies listen to your preferences and execute it well. Well, I've been coming here since I was 13. I'm now 21 and hadn't been here in over a year. I decided to come today and get an eyebrow waxing and eyebrow tint. It's been about 6 hours and this is how I'm doing. Eyebrow tint has been washed off and it's completely gone, eyebrow wax is red, irritated and very painful. Service from the young girl that works there is HORRIBLE. She seems to look like she always has an attitude, But this time it really got to me. My mom and I walked in and there was no one to be found so then we just said " hello?" She popped up from behind the desk with a frown. She told my mom to sit down and before she started she was texting off of her phone. I kid you not she spent AT LEAST 30 SECONDS on my moms eyebrow and she stopped to PICK UP HER PHONE AND TEXT FOR 1 MINUTE or so WHILE MY MOMM WAS IN THE CHAIR HOLDING HER EYEBROW!! She set her phone down and she spent maybe 20 more seconds on her other eyebrow and just said she was done gave my mom the mirror and walked away to charge her. I wish I could make this stuff I up. Always come here to get my eyebrows. They threat them, trim with scissors, and a nice little massage at the end with soothing lotion. 6 dollars and they give you a little card for every time you show up they stamp it and on the 8th you get a free service :D they also do henna tattoos and sell a couple bags and headbands. I got my eyebrows done here about two weeks ago. The lady here did my eyebrows on point! They had a "We Do Threading For Guys Too!" sign which attracted me to the place because not everyone knows how to do guys' eyebrows good. She asked if I have had my eyebrows done before and I said yeah. First and foremost I am probably the pickiest guy at eyebrows. And I admit it. There is nothing wrong with being picky. I explained everything in detail. And guess what? They came out superb. She defined my eyebrows, didn't touch the bottom of them, made the slant at the top of both eyebrows, and bam, my brows looking new again. I used to come here often but the reason I stopped coming was because I often felt uncomfortable with the stares I got after not tipping because my eyebrows were often messed up, not only on one occasion, but a couple! The culprit was two of the younger women who kept messing up, and after having them messed up I would ask kindly to get them evened out (and it still wasn't done?) AND I'd get glared at for not tipping but I always made sure to tip if they were done well. I'm giving this place 3 stars because the eldest woman (I can't remember her name) always did a fantastic job, but the newer, younger girl needs to get her sh*t together and learn how to properly thread eyebrows without messing them up. Honey, you're not gonna get tipped if you keep messing them and then feel entitled to a tip and a glare after doing so. read more

Great service. The lady takes her time when doing your eyebrows. 5.99 for eyebrows and 4 bucks for upper lip. The only issue was that they charge 50 cents extra for credit card but thats not too big of a deal. Overall, 4 stars! read more
