I was looking for a place to get my nails done. It was memorial Day weekend and I knew places would be packed, but when I called they could take me in right away. I decided to get gel x, when it comes to gel x I'm very hesitant with nail salons because I haven't had the best experience but they turned out beautiful and michell took her time. Have been coming here for years. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked. The salon itself is clean, and very relaxing. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and the technician really took her time, making sure everything was perfect. My nails look fantastic, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. This place was a huge disappoint. I don't want to make this too long so I'm going to make bullet points: - I went in and asked for Gel X nails, she said it would look ugly on my wide thumb and she would only do acrylic. (Rude but I went along with it) - before we got started, she told me that dip was cheaper, it was only $40. -she oiled and put lotion on the girl next to me but not me. They tried to get me to leave because they were rushing to go to the next person. I asked her about it and acted like she forgot - when I went to pay, I said "$40?" He AGREED and said yes. But when he gave me the card reader it said "$60" so he changed the price without telling me. When I confronted him, he said it's because of the "length and French tip". As you can tell by the picture it was normal length. $20 for a French tip sounds like a scam. But whatever I went along with it. (Wait it gets better) - he then asks me to PAY TIP. (Very disrespectful). I told him "I don't have cash, I only have card". Then he asks me to ZELLE HIM THE TIP. Like who said I wanted to give tip in the first place? I left frustrated and felt played. Out of all the salons I've been to, this is the worst and unprofessional one I've been to. They were rude, had no hospitality, I felt uncomfortable the WHOLE time. I didn't like my nails after, I ended up cutting them off because of how unflattering the coloring was. They WILL rip you off!!! & will make you feel rushed!!! Watch out people this place is untrustworthy read more

AMAZING service. I felt like I was at a 5 star nail salon. I purchased the classic pedicure which includes a hot stone massage that did not disappoint. My nails look fabulous and they have every color under the sun for gel and normal polish. I will definitely be back. The cleanliness and safety is also impeccable. Worth mentioning: 1$ charge for credit card like most salons. They don't like to add tip to the credit charge so try and bring cash for your fabulous artists I received a gel manicure and normal polish "classic" pedicure which came out to $48 all together. Summer was super nice and did an excellent job on my nails for my wedding. I asked for something more natural looking dk they recommended gel-x, which is in between gel and acrylic. I understand from other people who get their nails done often that other places give hand massages, but this place did *not*. It was my first time getting my nails done in 6 years so it was almost like a new experience for me. I felt very overwhelmed at first with how many options there were, but it ended up being okay. The store manager kept pushing me to try gel-x because it is supposedly better for your nails, but I'm not sure how true that is. I also don't know what the cost should be so I'm not sure if this place is more or less than competitors. I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen to the best of her abilities. She took her time and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. First time I came here, they did my gel manicure nice. I said "ok, I'll come back". I come back a few months ago, and the lady who did my nails did not do the style I wanted her to do. I told myself "ok, I'll try one more time. Maybe I'll get a different technician." 1. Sat there for 45 minutes. 2. The lady made my big toe bleed. I have no ingrown nail and for some reason, she kept digging and pulled out too much skin. 3. The same lady did not do the manicure like I wanted her to. I showed her the picture. Then I remembered "maybe this was the lady who did my last manicure." I don't plan to come back anymore. Only giving two stars for the reasonable price. read more

I was trying this nail salon to support local business and it's closer to my home. I had a gel mani done and was happy with it so I was a return customer. I brought my mother for a mani and pedi on my next visit. On my second visit I had a dip manicure. Unfortunately the dip manicure was poorly applied. The color was flaking off by day four. I had to work and the shop was closed by the time I get off work. I spoke to the owner it is one week since my service now since my dip was done. My nails were intact it was just the dip that was flaking off. I am not hard on my hands and I have been getting dips for years and they last anywhere from 2-3 weeks. The owner was so rude and abrupt. I paid $45 plus tip for a dip that lasted a week and he wanted me to pay again. The owner said,"this is a beauty treatment and is not life time guarantee." I will not recommend this business nor will I return. I will not refer any other friends or family to this nail salon. read more

Went in with an appointment for full set and pedicure. Appointment started half hour late and was there for almost three hours. Also can home with cut/scratch on top of my right foot and cut on side/bottom of left foot. My nails look great, the color and design options were varied and excellent. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. There is a sign on display right in front of the register that says if you sign up to subscribe for texts/emails, you get $5 off at checkout. I signed up, got the alert that i was subscribed. I showed this to Haley upon checkout. She said since there was no code, she wouldn't honor it and she couldn't give me the discount. I have included pics of both my confirmation and the sign. The sign doesn't say anything about a code, just to show confirmation. I asked for the managers number, which she refused to give me. She said she would take my name and have Daisy give me a call back. Crappy way to run a business. Don't make people sign up for stuff if you aren't going to honor the promised discount.

went here with my girlfriend and i got a pedicure and the ladies doing my girlfriends and my toes were very rude and harsh to the point we bled. the dead skin removal hurt like a b**** and the place is very dirty from the look of it. someone ate a chicken wing and left the bone near the tables. read more
