My body needed a rest day for sure, these classes can be intense, but it makes you feel good. Most instructors are super fun, there were some I did not care for, I do not remember their names since I was just there for a short period of time. JD and Chris were very kool, oh and Sam. Who would have thought spin can be hard :))) I took their classes the most, not intentionally, and we had fun every time. It is very important while you are running out of breath :D I liked how my body was changing and how my stamina improved even in that one week. I am good at cardio and flexibility; I thought that weights are not my thing, but these awesome trainers proved me otherwise. F45 is not only a group class facility but a strong, caring community. And they make you feel like you are part of it very quickly. The instructors take classes with us too sometimes and they push you gently, I felt inspired not annoyed. My friends have an unlimited class and that is how you get your money worth, I checked Dallas, their promotion is $30 for 3 classes. Unfortunately, there is none close to me, and I know myself, if the gym is more than 10 min drive, I won't go. It is fine, cannot wait to come visit again and see those lovely peeps at F45.

It started with a very knowledgeable Trainer who signed me up and gave me all info I needed. When I arrived people were friendly. The workouts are fun and hard as I remember. I was approached by 2 of the trainers to check on me and also to give me info re changing my movements to maximize my ability to gain strength. The trainers are highly experienced and educated in strength training and physical movement. The managers and trainers are very friendly and approachable. Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! It is a great space, very clean, and the coaches are very enthusiastic for you to be there! I'll definitely go by again when I am around on the weekends more!
