I am rarely short of words but when trying to find the right ones to describe 3010 in Renton, I feel like anything I say will not do them justice. My review is going to be long, but only because I am hoping people who may be sitting on the fence about joining, will feel more comfortable taking the leap like I did, after reading this. Weight has never been my friend (or perhaps I should say it has been my friend because it has ALWAYS stuck around). I can't remember a time when I haven't struggled and needed to lose some weight. Three years ago I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. That was scary, but what happened to my body after I had my thyroid removed, was nothing short of miserable. I have tried everything under the sun to lose weight since then. I came into the thyroid cancer needing to lose at least 25 pounds, and exited it needing to lose closer to 60 :( I started to feel like there was nothing I could do to lose the weight. If there's a diet I have tried it. I might have initially lost some weight on a few but it always came back and I never felt good while doing any of them. 3010 isn't a diet - it REALLY is a lifestyle. 3010 doesn't just give you food and send you on your way (although they do provide some AWESOME food!)...they provide a caring, supportive, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable environment. I've been pretty disciplined with exercising my whole life but always been a "husky" guy at 5'11 225 lbs. for years I didn't like the way I looked in the mirror and knew that my diet was something that needed work to be more healthy. Hello I went to the Renton 3010 not quite sure of what to expect. I am a truck driver that has tried many different ways to loose weight.The people here always try to help.Never judge you.This is really rare in the city.I have lost almost 100 lbs. I just love this program! I have been on diets before, and this one teaches you how to completely eliminate all sugar from your diet. I had lost a significant amount of weight as of late, and all of a sudden I gained 30lbs back just by eating and drinking "Sugar Free" things! I am a 63 year old male and during the pandemic and even prior, my weight just got out of control. Have you been on the yo yo for many years with your weight. It's been a life long issue for me but I'm happy to say that I'm on the road thanks to 3010's program. I started right after the first of the year and dropped 45 pounds following the plan, with 2 weeks off when I was out of town. Even out of town I was able to follow the plan. My coach Brenda is very positive and has been a great resource for me to continue on. I'm now lost over 50 pounds and feeling so much better than I was at the end of the year. I have another 50 to go but I'm confident with the program, Brenda and the rest of the staffs help that I will achieve that goal. Great Staff, good people. Yes, they are a business, and thank goodness, but you must do the program how it's designed. I've been on the program 15 weeks and have changed my eating habits (a lifestyle) and have lost 47 lbs! I'd done everything before to lose weight... now I am close to my next goal, another 18 lbs (65 lbs total) If you want to lose weight and keep it off, it's doable. read more

Went in for a consultation today (not sure what the $25 fee was for, I left empty-handed). The place is nice, spa-like, and at least 6 people behind the counter. It did feel a little like an assembly-line. Had a weight/body composition scan that confirmed I need to lose 60 pounds, then the pitch. It was pretty fluffy, not much science to back the "you'll love it" claims. Still, I was hopeful, I really want to believe this is the "cure". So...for $4600 ($2300 up front) they will provide daily breakfast, lunch and snacks from boxes, and you provide your own lean meats and veggies (aren't those the costly parts of eating healthy?). You come in for weekly weights (a plus for accountability) and have access to listen to optional motivational tapes. It may work, unfortunately, I will never know. So disappointed! They got $25 from me, I won't be following that up with a couple of entire paychecks! read more

I was on the program for 20 weeks and lost 90 pounds, however my experience overall was not the positive, motivating, supportive, life changing one i was told i was getting when i signed up. I liked my 1st weight loss coach which i had for 3 weeks. She had been obese herself, lost weight and seemed genuinely trying to help people lose weight. Im not sure what happened to her. The rest of my time there i was coached by young 20 somethings who were probably never fat, and seemed to repeat the same diet propaganda every week. The diet basically is comsuming some of their products (protein shakes, etc) eating a ton of veggies (no fruit) and eating a small amount of lean meat as a protein source. You eat no carbs. You have your weekly appointments,go in, sit in a small cubicle, meet briefly with your coach, weigh in, go listen to a motivational tape for 15 minutes, get herded up to front of store, get your food and PAY. That is the routine week to week. They are pretty aggressive when it comes to getting paid. The cost of the program is based on how much weight you want to lose and how many weeks it will take. I paid $4000 overall. I put 2k down and paid every week. Do i think it was worth it? Well, i lost 90 lbs. I dont think i received much help or motivation from them, i did the hard work. If i could go back in time, i would have tried something else. read more
