Today was my lucky day! ... I needed to find someone that could help me figure out what was wrong with my tennis court lights. One of them wasn't turning on and three others were shutting off after a few minutes of being on. Not only that, they were constantly tripping the breaker.... Best part of all this was I had a photographer showing up at 3pm today to take daylight and twilight pictures of the house for Airbnb. And the tennis court is one the houses best features. I couldn't have the pictures taken without the tennis court in them. And I couldn't have the tennis court in the pictures with out it being lit up...I hadn't the slightest clue where to begin to look to have the problem fixed and especially on such a short notice. After asking google for help I came across 303 Lighting And Electrical. I called and spoke to Allison ( She was so sweet and helpful.) She told me she could have someone out the following day. But that would of been to late. So I broke it down and told her what was going on. And not even a hour later I had Chad knocking at my door.. I was in shock! He looked at my lights, made a call and and in no time at all was working to fix the problem. He also informed me of a few other issues that needed to be addressed, and took care of those as well. Needless to say he had my lights working and ready just in time for the photo shoot. And my tennis court hasn't look better. It was brighter than it had ever been!!! 303 SAVED THE DAY! Fantastic service call. We've had minor replacements to our circuit board over the past 35 years, but never a major challenge like this one. Our electricity for a quarter of the house suddenly went out. 303 Lighting & Electric was recommended to us by friends in the central Phoenix corridor. They said 303 was Valleywide, and the response by one of the owners Preston Pendergast, especially on a Friday afternoon, was faster than we ever expected. He was methodical asking questions while eliminating possible causes starting with tightening each of the contacts in the circuit board as well as checking the electrical plates in the affected area. Our experience with 303 Lighting & Electrical was first rate. We wanted a ceiling fan installed where there had not previously been wiring run. Chad came to meet with us to discuss our wants and specifications and quickly evaluated what we needed and gave us a very reasonable quote. When he and Eric came as scheduled, part of the fan we had previously purchased was damaged. No problem, he scheduled a return visit to finish the job after the replacement part arrived, and at no additional charge. We had the opportunity to meet his partner, Preston, on the second visit.
