Never realized how something small like the convenient placement of the counter in front instead of all the way in the back can make such a big difference when I need to drop and go. Well lit, machines always in excellent working order, plenty of chairs to sit while you wait, free WiFi, and other amenities. I've actually parked myself in here for a couple of hours to work while catching up on doing loads of laundry after a few busy weeks.

I drop off once a week and I have definitely NOT noticed things going missing. It irks me that people are saying things like "you get what you pay for." I have to assume those people are annoying busy bodies with nothing better to do with their time but write misguided reviews for a respectable business. Here's my tip, if you're so truly neurotic about your clothing, wash it yourself - Because you're right, paying less than a dollar a pound will not get you the Taj Mahal of presentations.

I politely reminded her that I'm a regular customer, and I'll I'm asking is to dry one bag of clean laundry. She told me that "there is nothing she can do about it," and brushed me off. Despite the fact that this store charges MUCH MORE than other laundry stores ($6 for a single "medium" sized load of laundry, not including $0.25 for every 7 minutes of drying) I continued coming to this store every week for the last two years. I wasn't in a rush, but they got everything turned around in less than a week and held it for another week while I was out of town. ridiculously overpriced (smallest machines are $6 dollars and majority of machines range from…read more$10-13 per load) especially considering that half the machines are either always out of service or reserved for their wash-and-fold business. dryers never work half the time either and I often pull out my clothes soaking wet after 45 minutes on high heat. once when myself and other people complained about this the owner went to check the lint traps on all the machines and they were all full (as if they haven't been emptied for days) despite it only being a couple of hours after they opened. The staff is also incredibly rude - they have told me to take all my stuff out of a machine just after loading it because they wanted to use that one, and somehow no matter where you stand you are in their way and they make sure to let you know they aren't happy about it. This place takes advantage of the fact that they are the only self service laundromat in the area and they exploit their customers. If you have the luxury of doing your laundry elsewhere definitely do so.
