While 315 on A Apartments boasts an exceptional location, the living experience is greatly diminished by the management's neglect of maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and tenant concerns. The series of unresolved issues, ranging from pest infestations to malfunctioning appliances and a dangerously outdated oven, highlight a concerning disregard for tenant safety and comfort. Despite numerous reports and direct communications since February, the management's response has been minimal and unhelpful, leaving serious issues unaddressed for months.The cleanliness within communal areas, especially the gym, is notably poor, with floors often dirty and littered, reflecting a surprising disregard for hygiene standards in a post-pandemic world. This lack of cleanliness, coupled with the ongoing maintenance and safety issues, has forced me to question the management's commitment to providing a livable environment. The absence of a functional oven for an extended period has compelled me to rely on external dining options, incurring significant unplanned expenses. Despite repeated pleas for resolution or at least acknowledgment from both the leasing office and Equity Residential, the lack of action and communication has been profoundly disappointing. This indifference to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional living environment not only undermines the value of the prime location but also reflects a deeper issue of management's disregard for tenant well-being and satisfaction. The cumulative impact of these unresolved issues significantly mars the living experience at 315 on A Apartments. We moved end of Sept. within 2 days I notice cockroach. That was resolved. Within 1 month, the laundry stopped working. I had to lug all clothes up and down to do laundry at a different apartment. That took 1 month to resolve and repeated emails. Then water seeped in and this is still open. Maintenance said they can't do anything!!! Kitchen floors keep moving, again maintenance themselves said can't do anything with these old floors!! Recently I have started noticing bugs coming out of those cracks. Then in Feb , fridge stopped working . It was replaced. Only one which was replaced on time. Even though it was horribly dirty inside. Then oven not working with all features since Jan. It has been repeatedly mentioned for 6 weeks, maintenance just argues that oven works!!! Then why the lights don't work? Why huge smoke comes out with normal cooking!!!! Which they agreed it shouldn't but not changed yet. They even bought a new one but maintenance is so inept they bought a different one which doesn't fit into our small space. Is that our fault!!! I think they don't care obviously.. may be we are being discriminated. Shame!!! When you enter a new apartment you want to have peace of mind and belonging and don't feel like you are being targeted all the time!! Ignorance from management seems very targeted. read more

My husband and I have lived at 315 on A for more than 1.5 years and would highly recommend the building to anyone looking for an apartment in the Fort Point/Seaport area! Our unit is spacious and comfortable - we especially love that the walls, ceilings, and floors are made of cement, so we never hear noise from neighbors. The amenities are awesome - we have hosted multiple private parties on the beautiful rooftop. Our guests are always amazed by the space and the skyline view of Boston and the harbor. Our favorite part of living at 315 on A is the people - from the staff at the front reception (shout out to Stephen, Arianna, and Lawal), to the maintenance, and management team, everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If we have ever had a question or need for assistance, the team has quickly and competently stepped up to help. We are in the process of building a house which has made it difficult to plan our lease length and terms. We have been blown away by Kaitlyn and Elise in the leasing office as they've worked so closely with us through this personal situation. The front desk and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive, capable and friendly. The apartments are spacious, well laid out and have awe-striking views. 315 on A also has amazing public spaces including outdoor space on the 20th floor with gas grills and entertaining space. If you're Black this isn't this place for you. I've been living here for 5 months and enjoy the views from the rooftop however, many residents display racial bias. I've had some write a notes on my door yet, no one communicates with me in the halls. Being accused of actions I did not commit more than once by residents has been a huge disappointment. I moved here in 2014 and renewed my lease 4 times and will soon be renewing for another year. The view from the roof deck and fitness center is great, and I particularly enjoy the indoor parking, bike room and lobby conference rooms where I sometimes meet clients since I work from home. The neighborhood has really evolved over the last few years and now features everything you could want. The location couldn't be beat, with easy access to the Mass Pike, airport, Route 93 and public transportation. read more

***PLEASE read this if you are thinking of moving here*** I am happy to share additional images if anyone wants to see the current state of cabinets/appliances. First, I did not want to have to write something like this... But, since management has been putting off fixing things for 6 months... I will warn other people to not move in to 315 on A. I moved in on November 15th. I pay over $4,000 to live in a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen island is cracked and peeling on the sides and the team here decided to "fix it" but coloring it in with RED MARKER. Management's response to this was "It's functional". In a $4,000 apartment. The floors around the apartment bubble up and come apart. The shower head spits water everywhere, and apparently "they have not found a solution for something like this". When I moved in, the patio had stains all over it - I had to follow-up (post move-in) about 6 times before they cleaned it. The front desk is staffed about 40% of the time, sometimes when you go to get a package, you can't get it because they are "on-break" or "not there". To get anything accomplished you have to go through about 3 levels of management... and you are lucky if they answer you or try and help. I was so excited to move into this place. I am so disappointed now and it has been the WORST 6 months living in any apartment. Please look elsewhere, the Seaport has way more to offer than this. read more

Concierge is super kind (shout out to Amir + Will!) affordable & luxury don't normally go together, but 315 on A is a great value for what you're getting. It's one of the quieter buildings (not right on Seaport Blvd) and that is a good thing whenever things start to open up (I've stayed at the Benjamin before... and you can hear the Grand on the weekends) facility staff keep the place very clean (apt is pet friendly) general pros (of a luxury managed building): -concierge -in unit laundry -maintenance stuff are really responsive (there daily) -trash chute + recycling room -package room -sky lounge + roofdeck + gym (all on the 20th floor!!!) recommend: -south facing apartment (for the Boston skyline and sunlight) -can't go wrong with any of the floors notes / pros compared to other places (luxury apartments): -on the newer side (built 2014) -more AFFORDABLE (the units are a lot bigger by the sq ft for the same price) -lots of sunlight (since it's quite tall amongst a lot of other short buildings) -energy efficient (my electricity bill is 20-30$ a month... maybe because of the Google Nest temperature control + LED lighting) -quieter than most other places -really good washer dryer (my last place has a petite one that left my clothes still damp) notes / cons compared to other places: -appliances are a little small (like normal apartment size), but work really well. It sounds like there has been a lot of change with the new management team. My wife and I lived here during the transition, so my review is based on my my year living there with 2 months of it being with the current ownership. I personally really loved 315 on A. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony and it was superb. Breathtaking views of Boston's skyline, and you are perfectly situated close to the airport. There were flights where the aircraft touched down and we were in our apartment unit within 30 minutes. That 30 minutes includes runway taxi time, deboarding, hitting the restroom, hopping in a real taxi and riding the elevator up to our floor at 315 on A. Not joking. The price is high, but it's worth it. The gym in the building is great and the common sky lounge is pretty nice to show off to friends. I will say this however, there are some complete creeps that show up in the sky lounge sometimes. We had a drunk hotshot pick a fight with my family as we were minding our business, watching...golf. The new management team earned points from me when they pulled the security footage to identify the guy in the incident. So, all in all, it's a great apartment building for city living. You get the views, the amenities, and all the action Boston has to offer. read more

I have been living at 315 on A for a number of years, and in two separate spaces during my tenure. Although there has been a lot of turnover within the team itself in those years, I think they are finally settled on a great team and overall staff. I can't say enough positive things about the promptness of the Maintenance team, particular Scott's support, in the last few years. Anytime there's even the slightest issue, he's able to address any and all concerns within the day, if not the next day. His follow-up notes and attention to detail has definitely made this a positive living environment. Jovan has also consistently been supportive of my fiancé and myself when it comes to any guest support, large and sometimes obnoxious deliveries, and even with last minute requests or concerns. The concierge team has definitely been made stronger with his presence, which is the sole purpose for wanting to rent in a building such as this. We are certainly looking forward to another few years at this location given the solid team and support we have received over the years. read more

On top of the amazing location - a 5 minute walk to South Station, the community at 315 is very welcoming. The leasing staff is always available to help: Sam is extremely warm and always willing to go above and beyond to help residents. Tim is the manager and cares a lot about 315 and its residents. At the front desk, Jovan is friendly and quick to help and Leeza is so kind and always puts a smile on my face. It's great to come home and see either of these two when I walk into the lobby. Service requests are addressed quickly by Scott and Adrian. Another plus is that the building is extremely pet friendly. Also I find the parking garage extremely convenient. It is temperature controlled, which is nice in the winter. It has been an amazing experience, I highly recommend living here! read more

I've been at 315 since 2015. There were definitely ups and downs during the transitioning of management companies. Much of the issues were due to corporate policies which are typically out of the control of the local staff. However, everything was resolved and the day-to-day went back to normal fairly quickly. The staff here are all wonderful and friendly, from the concierge service to the leasing office. Not to mention the maintenance team is here rain, snow or shine!!! They absolutely take great care of this community! The main draw for me is that this is a very dog friendly community. IG @MorganMastiff loves it here. Between the elevator and the front door, there are 3 pit stops for treats. There is a doggie relief area on the 5th floor garage level. It's not something we use because my dogs prefer outside. But many dogs in the building definitely utilize it. I wish mine would during raining days... I do not utilize the physical amenities as much as I should. But having the convenience and knowing it's there at my disposal is satisfactory for me. Entertaining my guests on the 20th floor sky lounge is pretty awesome! Location wise, it's pretty amazing. Seaport have changed so much. With all the new buildings around Seaport, 315 definitely have more of a "neighborhood" feel recently vs. the ultra modern concrete glass building feel. It's centrally located to couple of parks (A St park, by the channel harbor walk, and Q park). Great areas for pet socialization and just needing green grass. Unless we move out of the state or if the rent sky rockets astronomically, we will continue to stay here. read more

315 on A is okay. The amenities are fine if you don't plan on using often. The outdoor common area is tiny, but the view from the 20th floor is spectacular. The indoor common space is plentiful and nice. The gym in tiny, though. 2+ people doing non-cardio workouts makes for a cramped atmosphere. I used to go at 10PM to improve my odds, so if you're a committed fitness person looking for a place in this price range, look somewhere else. The Equity staff was always really nice, but turnover was concerning. We only lived at 315 for about 7 months and the entire staff had turned over in that time. Between the Equity turnover, and the outsourced concierge staff turnover, it was just hard to feel settled. As far as the apartments, themselves? They're adequate, but if you're used to full-sized appliances, you may struggle to adjust. Also, the microwave under the kitchen island was a bit weird. If you don't use a microwave often, it won't matter, but the severe lack of kitchen storage will make you wish the microwave wasn't taking up the potential storage space. I liked the modern style and floor-to-ceiling windows in our unit. The building was definitely energy-efficient and the Nest thermostats were a bonus. The floor plans were a little odd. We had a 1022 sq ft 1BR w/den unit, but much of the space was useless. We downsized to a 785 sq ft unit upon leaving 315 on A, and the smaller space ended up working out MUCH better. We don't even notice the "missing" square footage because of the sensible layout. Also, note that the walls are paper thin! We had an end unit, so we had no idea until a new tenant moved in. His living room walls happened to share our bedroom wall. At 3AM, even after he had turned his music down, I was able to Shazam the music and get a result. I kid you not...I literally used Shazam as a test to see how thin the walls were. Therefore, privacy is an illusion with walls like this. Ultimately, pricing is why we ended up leaving. We had planned on signing a 2-year lease on a more affordable, smaller unit. We were a bit naïve and didn't realize that signing the transfer form immediately released our current apartment to the market. That wasn't a huge deal until we found out our current apartment had been rented within 24 hours for nearly $500 less than we were paying. Ouch. That was less than the $200 savings we were about to lock into for a much smaller apartment in the same building. The whole pricing structure was odd, and when we asked about the logic behind everything, "fluctuating market values" didn't explain away the sense of disillusionment that the whole experience had given us. Once we realized that the place we were about to sign up for was ~25% smaller, but $250 more than the new "market value" of our larger current apartment, we knew it was time to explore our options Plus, it's a community, after all, and in talking to other residents, we learned that some people were getting parking concessions instead of rent breaks, paying $200 instead of the $400 we were paying every month. Cutting the price of parking won't affect the rental market pricing, so it's easier for the management to negotiate, but Equity was apparently unable to offer any concessions to put us at ease and convince us to stay when we inquired. We knew one couple who were paying significantly less for the same apartment layout we had planned on moving to...and they were on a higher floor. This knowledge doesn't help in negotiations, btw. Ultimately, this stuff happens everywhere, but watching Equity work harder to please new tenants than retaining current residents in good standing was a downer. The only plus of the situation, was they had rented our place before we could sign the other lease, which freed us to shop around without penalty. We did, and we ended up at a building with a much better customer experience, better amenities, logical apartment layouts, and amenities worthy of the pricing. We ultimately made out better, but our experience has unfortunately steered us away from Equity properties. Loyalty, and customer (and/or employee) retention just doesn't seem to be part of their focus. If you're willing to drop $3-4k on rent you have a lot of great options, so shop around, talk to residents of the buildings you're considering, and hopefully you can find a community that has some consistency in the front of the house. One last issue to note. The construction at 319 on A was AWFUL, and Equity didn't seem to care about it's effect on residents. Getting in/out of the building was a pain when walkways, alley, etc. were constantly shut down. Getting in/out of the garage was like an obstacle course. It was ridiculous, so ask about the development plans around whatever community you're exploring so you can avoid a situation like this. Hopefully 315 on A improves. The location is great, and it's not a horrible building, but in a luxury apartment-saturated market, I'd definitely recommend shopping around. read more

Things quickly changed for us at 315 on A. We went from being ready to transfer internally and signing a two year lease to making the very smart and not yet regretted decision to leave. Almost immediately after signing a transfer app, our current larger 1BR with a den was listed for nearly $500 less than what we have been paying since October (7 months prior only). I understand that rents fluctuate but that's quite a big difference especially given we had a larger 1BR and Den unit (1022 Sq Ft). This caused us to not sign the new lease for the smaller unit (around 732 I think) that was going to somehow still be significantly more than what our larger 1BR was being rented out for to new renters (and mind you, the lower rent wasn't due to concessions for the new renter). Fluctuations happen but a 1022 Sq Ft 1BR with a den being 500 less than a 732 Sq Ft 1BR seems ludicrous to me. Due to our current unit being rented before we signed the new lease, we tried to negotiate and ultimately were essentially released of our lease obligations so we were able to actually look around Boston and see what was comparable in terms of pricing. There is a lot more with more amenities and similar costs out there. The gym is small, the roof deck is small, the downstairs common area is more like a lobby rather than a common space, and a lot of the residents seemed to treat the building like a frat house. Something changed from when we moved in - we seemed like we were getting what I call "nasty grams" or emails with reprimands or policy reminders due to other residents not being respectful. I would also like to add that there is a gross amount of fluctuation mentioned above when compared to a number of other places. It's blamed on market value when it's a known fact that some residents have significantly better rates than others (even though they moved in near the same time, etc.). Some people pay low for parking, some high, some paid for storage, some didn't - just seemed like it was quite unfair and when we tried to negotiate, there was room for none. One other complaint: The walls are also quite thin. We were able to Shazam out loud neighbor from our bed one night... Not good when you need to be at work the following morning. If you can handle noise, it's probably good for you, I just can't. In my initial review I mention it being quiet... It was because initially the unit next to us had been vacant which we were unaware of until the new person moved in. The last month and a half to two months living next to this loud person was awful. Nice guy, awful neighbor in terms of sound though. The only high point of 315 was the management of the building. Amanda and Casey were great, but their hands were tied with the policies being the policies coming from Corporate. For me, experiences matter and my end to end experience with Equity wasn't a great one at all which will make certain that I won't likely ever rent or recommend them again. Thankfully Amanda was helpful... we only had to pay rent through June 11th instead of June 17th. We thought it was incredibly ridiculous that we were told we needed to be out by June 11, but required to pay until the 17th for the new residents to move in on June 18th. I would also like to add that I both emailed and called the Equity Corporate offices regarding their "policies" and never even got a return message. ***New Management as of April 2015*** Please read up on other Equity properties in Boston before you decide to move here. The building itself has been cheapened considerably. They have let the lounge area fall apart. They are considering removing the coffee machine, the pool table cue sticks have been taken away, the grill is never cleaned. Their operating model is how to extract the most money from renters by ripping them off with a fancy first impression (smooth website, fast responding leasing agents, etc.). The vibe is the complex has become really toxic too. We now just hustle up the apartment elevators to our unit because the people here are just not as pleasant. The new renters never smile, the 315 on A workers (minus the cleaning staff - they are awesome still) seem like they just want the day to be over. People used to hang out on the roofdeck, and now nobody is there. There also used to be free monthly social gatherings and a "dog of the month," which I don't think 315 is going to continue. Actually, they covered up the pretty and colorful April newsletter in the elevators with this awful glaring sign about "Testing All Elevators." BAD VIBES, BAD VIBES. The indoor pet relief area is DISGUSTING now. A bunch of the new renters take their dogs in and don't pick up their poop. The space itself is super small so it stinks up real fast. Management has done a poor job cleaning it. I'm pretty sure everyone who originally moved in Summer of 2014 are getting the heck outta here. Every time I see potential renters come in, I just want to tell them what an awful choice they are making. See ya later, suckers!! Avoid at all costs. Even highway-views InkBlock is better than 315 on A under Equity. A bunch of luxury apartments are shooting up in the area so look there. There is also Factory 63 and the Channel Center. read more

I'm writing this review to come to the defense of the Equity Residential team at 315 on A. I've lived there since October 2014 and have generally enjoyed the experience. We all miss the old Greystar team. They were great. Alan was an awesome concierge. I think we were all a little taken aback when Equity took over because it happened in the middle of the day with no warning. We never got to say goodbye to the old team, and that was unfortunate. There were definitely some bumps in the beginning for Equity. Many of them were just tonal issues with how the new people conducted their business. It definitely felt at first like they were totally lost. They blamed a lot of early issues on the building/old team, and while that may have been true, it probably wasn't the best angle to take. But you know what, running a 220 unit building is hard, and this new team was thrown into an awfully tough position. I have seen them working in the office late at night, and they do really care. This new Equity team has for sure had a ton of complaints from me. As examples, I'm not happy that there are dogs in the building that violate stated breed restrictions. I'm also not happy that the new unit next door to me is now a corporate apartment. Not a great way to build a community. I'm also not happy that instead of addressing these complaints, they directed me to their attorneys. All that said, 315 on A is a great place to live. The new Equity team is trying really hard. They have been very receptive to my feedback in other areas, and I applaud them for having transparent rental prices listed directly on the website. The new maintenance team is awesome, and Junior has been able to quickly fix a number of issues in our unit. The cleaning staff is incredibly friendly. The concierges in general are fantastic. They're very quick to address building issues. They've made nice changes like purchasing extra luggage carts. Overall, it's a great place to live. read more

I've been living at 315 on A for almost three years and can't say enough good things! The building is beautiful, the location is AMAZING and the staff is seriously wonderful. From the management team to the service team, everyone is so friendly and attentive, and they do a great job of making the building feel like home. While there has been a lot of turnover in management, there have been a couple of key staff members that have made remained throughout and have done a terrific job at keeping things running smoothly. Jovan at the front desk is amazing- always friendly, LOVES dogs and goes above and beyond to help out residents and their guests. Scott on the service team is WONDERFUL. Almost as soon as I click Submit on a maintenance request, he's knocking on my door, ready to fix whatever it is that needs fixing. I wrote a pretty negative review a few weeks ago around some of the anecdotal problems I had while living here (which was 03/2015-03/2016 - the date's important as I'll reference below). While the problems were obvious and seemed to add up, the way the new management company handled the situation was nothing less but stellar (they took over halfway or so through my lease). Essentially, I expected a slumlord style response - "yea sorry, but whatever", especially since the rental market in Boston is so building/landlord friendly with a large population. Instead, I received an extremely empathetic response that was apologetic and took the time to explain why things worked out the way they did and how they were solving things not only with the building, but also with their processes. The best part is that this didn't come off as an excuse, but rather as "we know there were problems...many of them related to the old management company...we've fixed a lot of them, and are fixing the rest of them." For example, my issue with charges was because of some oversight the old management company made with leases. While the new company essentially "bought" the leases, their practices were a bit different, which caused confusion and tension with the new company. Transitions are exceptionally difficult, especially when it comes to a building. I get that, and while I have a low tolerance for the stuff that happened to me, it takes a lot of courage and grit to openly recognize a problem and then put in some work to fix it globally and to make it right with the individual impacted. Based on how they handled this, I'm confident enough that the existing kinks have already been worked out and likely the rest will be amended in the near future. To give further context, they handled this so well, we're putting them on our list to contact for an apartment this fall. Thoroughly impressed. read more

After multiple appointments made to have a viewing and conversations with the majority of the office, they never call you back. With almost 15% unemployment in the US right now, I suggest a new pool of building managers and staff. Do you really think time is a commodity? Advice to management: give maintenance more room on the capital/maintenance expenses. Just because the building is less than 10 years old doesn't mean there aren't real and frequent needs. We moved in mid September and love it here. The staff is always very friendly (Derek at front desk and Casey in the leasing office especially stand out to us). We've had a couple maintenance requests and Ernie always does a great job of taking care of it right away. They are very good about hosting fun events for residents like the pumpkin carving night we did last week, all the dog friendly events like "Yappy Hour" and my personal favorite, the Yoga classes they have up in the sky lounge on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. I go pretty regularly-the instructor, Monica is amazing! Also, the lobby/common areas are always super clean (which is huge considering how dog friendly our building is). We love the 20th floor sky lounge for having friends over and of course the free coffee (and amazing view of the entire city and waterfront). Have to agree with P.B. I've lived here for just about a year and I've been surprised by the reduction in service since equity residential took over. The building was formerly managed by Greystar and the staff was great... The doormen, maintenance staff, etc were incredibly friendly and helpful. Now? Not so much. The little things are also becoming noticeable. The area around the building isn't as clean, things stay broken longer, and it just doesn't seem like a luxury building anymore (and for $4k a month, it should). read more

This place is FABULOUS!! I can't say enough great things about 315 on A.. It's super convenient - a 5 minute walk to South Station and even closer to the Seaport where EVERYTHING you need is available. The building itself is very eye appealing and welcoming. My apartment has amazing views and is so pretty. The leasing staff was super helpful from the beginning of the application process to the end and guiding my movers in. Casey and Sam are awesome and always available for any questions I have. At the front desk/concierge, Jovan is super friendly and quick to help and Leeza is the sweetest. I'm embarrassed I don't know all the concierge staff names yet, but rest assured that all that work there are the best! The service requests I've put in thus far have been answered to super efficiently and with great attention. Scott and Adrian have been the best at fixing whatever issues I've had, albeit very small ones. Scott even showed me how to use some of the appliances/thermostat. The building is extremely pet friendly (free of charge, yay!) and my pup loves the open lobby and all the fellow dogs he gets to greet every day. I haven't been this happy living anywhere else. I highly recommend living here! read more

I have lived in Boston for 5 years now and moving to 315 on A has been the best decision I have made so far. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and the apartments inside are very modern and stylish. There are great amenities in the building, the views from the sky lounge are unreal. I live in a one bedroom apartment which has a great layout and amazing views too. The best part is that all the appliances are energy efficient, especially since they have the Nest thermostat installed in each apartment. I finally found the perfect home with in Boston and I highly recommend 315 on A to anyone who is looking to enjoy the city life of Boston !!!! read more

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write about our experience. We moved in to 315 on A just 3 weeks ago, but everything has been great so far. Our move in was a breeze, thanks to the very helpful and friendly concierge. The maintenance staff even helped us hang a few larger items on the wall, which I think is above and beyond what's expected of them. The foyer and sky lounge are decorated beautifully and the views from the gym and sky lounge are breathtaking! Yes, these apartments are expensive but with the 24 hour concierge, the amenities and proximity to downtown Boston, I feel like it's worth it. I would highly recommend living here. read more

We have been at 315 on A just under a year, and absolutely love it here. Derek, Casey and Amanda are an awesome team! Super friendly and helpful. Just the other day our oven broke down and I requested assistance around 5:30 pm, Ernie was at the door less than 15 minutes later. He tested the oven, left to get his tools and came back with a replacement. By 6:30 I had a functioning oven, does't get better than that! read more

Location, location, location. 315 on A is a lovely place to be. The building is a great mix of modern + character. There's a debate about the new management. I experience them as fair minded and concerned with good hospitality. I personally welcome a reduction of the frat house vib. Let's just say there's at least two sides to the story. read more

Visited Boston and stayed at 315 on A with my sister who is a resident. The place was amazing! My wife and daughter felt so pampered having such a gorgeous space for the long holiday weekend. The gym was convenient and had enough equipment to not be crowded. The 20th floor view was spectacular along with the complimentary morning latte. Security was helpful too since we had our arms full coming and going. Our 2-year old loved the resident dogs. We'll be back!! read more

Renters Beware! For the prices in rent here, you can do better with MUCH better management. Equity killed this place and I am just thankful my husband and I only had 1/2 of our lease dealing with the inept management who refuses to take responsibility for any of the unhappiness or inappropriate protocols they have implemented since buying the property. BTW- if you tour be sure to ask them about their "winterizing" the property without letting residents know. That was awesome when it was in the mid 70s and not having AC. Or you could ask about how an elevator typically breaks down once a week with at one point all three elevators being broken for a period of time one day. That's awesome for people living on those higher floors (for me it was the 17th floor). Any apartment complex who has residents trying to form a union (yes this is true!) in order to stand up to management has MAJOR issues. Don't say I didn't warn you and if I could give 0 stars I would. read more
