Ordered the special burger of the month (the Western burger for $21), which came with their house made chips and ranch dressing. Only thing I'd say could be improved is offering different cook temps for the burgers, as I would have preferred mine to be medium, but the bartender didn't ask how I wanted the burger cooked. read more

Flight was delayed by 2 hours so decided to grab a drink and food since this was right in the terminal. They were not very busy but took a while for bartender to come over and ask if I needed anything. I got an old fashion and the Cali wrap. This is a nice edition to Indianapolis International Airport. It was easy to belly up to the bar and order our food and drinks. We were flying out to Salt Lake City via Denver so a couple of beers and some food helps any 2+ hour flight go faster. We ordered the wings and some chicken tenders with fries. It was good, nothing mind blowing but it did the job since we were hungry. The beer was excellent though! I would come back just for the beer (which we eventually will). It's their own beer and it hits the spot!!! However, they have other beer, wine and spirits on hand. Definitely check this place out if you're waiting on a flight and/or layover. read more

Three stars based on "outside world" standards but definitely a well above average option for airport dining, especially the beer list and cocktails. Note if you're a Capital One cardholder that the Priority Pass promotion is no longer available. I had a chicken wrap and my co-worker had a BLT, both were good with a more generous side of fries than needed. To drink I had the Electric Stinger - a seasonal Belgian beer brewed locally - as well as a Jack Daniels based mule cocktail. Both were awesome. There are fancier spots in IND like the St Elmo spin-off but feel like this spot offers good convenience and value. read more

I am not a big patron of airport bars. They are often dark and the food is typically mediocre. The Indy airport food court has changed over the past couple of years. But this place is a definite plus. It is bright and open. There is bar seating and also some comfy chairs and high tops. I had two glasses of a very nice Pilsner. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap, and I watched it being made. It was nice & fresh, full of chicken, and it had a slight heat from the pepper jack cheese. Went here last night after having a horrible experience at another place. We just wanted food, walked in and sat ourselves. The most upsetting thing was watching two drunk grown adults wrestle for over 30 minutes. They told them to stop three times and the people kept wrestling and punching each other ( a man and woman) and screaming and laughing so loud that I never want too go back. We go out at night to get away from kids so seeing two big ones really messed up the vibe . read more

My colleagues and I made it to the airport after closing out our annual company meeting. We arrived several hours early to accommodate whoever had the earlier flight, which was fine, since it meant catching up over drinks. No we weren't sick of each other yet. We had a few beers and ordered food from Chick-fil-A nearby. There was one bartender working so we were patient, but not every patron was. She was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Decent selection of beers. Plenty of bar and table seating. Seemed far from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the pre-security area of IND, probably because it was only a bar without food... Made it a great atmosphere for conversation (read: gossip) and encouraged more visits in the future. read more

Have never had their food, but their customer service left a bad impression. We arrived at 37 Tap room at 615, were looking at the menu from the rope entrance, and the bartender spoke from behind the bar saying "I'm closed". We looked to the right, and sure enough ... the sign next to us said they closed at 6. No big deal, our mistake. The bartender ended up sitting at the bar and having a glass of wine. Heck I would do the same after a long day. As we were waiting for our friends to land and taking pictures by that iconic Indy sign, we watched a man walk in and sit at the bar. We sat an watched wondering if he would get booted out. He sat for about 5 minutes, she went and talked to him, but he remained seated. We then watched her bring him a beer, at 6:30pm. Mind you... she had already started drinking herself, and there was cleaning staff behind the bar. As she was doing something behind the bar, I walked up to the bar and said, "So are you closed or not?". She replied, "We're closed". I clearly stated that I watched her pour that man a drink. Her reply, "He walked in before we closed." Me, "Actually he walked in after us and you turned us away". Bartender: "Well we're closed". I turned and walked out. It was just my husband and I, not a party of 8. We went and got a snack at chick-fil-A as we were still waiting for our friends to land and we watched her continue to enjoy her wine, and get back up to pour drinks for that same man, and for other men in the bar (At 645). That is completely insane. I should emphasize that every person in that bar was a Single male party. I've worked in service. You don't continue to pour drinks after you close. You close tabs, and you definitely don't drink and then continue to work (and likely get tips). Very shady... if the manager is reading this, you should have a conversation with your employee. Horrible service! Went to the bar area, the lady behind the bar looked at me, turned and helped two others then left the bar area and asked if the table behind me needed anything else. I sat there for a few more minutes and she chatted with some people already there. So, I went to go sit at one of the tables. Three others tables came and went without being waited on as she was too busy talking and laughing with the people at the bar. So I just sat in the nice comfy chairs and lounged there for an hour without making a purchase...and not by my choice as I was really wanting a nice glass of wine!! read more

This is a good place to kill time before your flight. I had local wine from Indiana and it was very good. There is a sweet red as well as a sweet white- its great if you like desert wines! You can either sit at the bar, or at the tables. The whole place was clean, and service was good too. It was not crowded at all when we went. Of the course the prices are higher, you get airport prices. Expect to pay around $12-$15 for a glass of wine. read more

With all the delays, cancellations and people in general that we deal with while traveling, we don't always have a great attitude or experiences. It can make it for a long day. I was having one of those days when I went into 317 tab room. Michelle was my bartender and the energy and positive attitude she had turned my day around. She took time to listen and engage as she was solo cooking and bartending. I had a chicken wrap and a drink. She made both. The wrap was tasty and the drink was on point. I was there for a few hours... She was observant and work hard taken care of the customers. Didn't matter if the people came in nice, rude or friendly she held the same composure and greeted every one with her warm smile. I been in the service industry before and they definitely have to put up with a lot of people difficult people who think the are entitled. Was dropping off my son so he could head back for his Marine duty. While we waited grabbed a bite to eat. Chairs was comfortable and food was great. Had to go to the bar to order but table service was great after that. Definitely recommend the BBQ chicken salad. read more

From the moment we walked up the server was rude. We asked about sitting at a stool, she immediately responded very rudely with you're going to have to wait. There were 4 people at the bar that help 10-15. My husband tried to move a barstool next to the one I was planning to sit in and she yelled "do not move the stool". We decided this horrible service wasn't what we wanted to start our vacation with, so we walked away and didn't spend any money with this establishment. I will never go to 317 Tap Room. read more
