My floors were left in poor condition even after they came back and did it a second time I don't think they had the proper equipment and I don't know how they have five star review on here but if anyone reads this and is considering this company, I'm happy to have you come to my house and look at it in person before you get overcharged. I can also refer you to someone else that would've charged me half and he did a beautiful job on my other house. Every day I see flaws when I clean my floors, I can't get past it and it's very upsetting. Especially when I clean there's white cloudy spots everywhere. There's places where they were to repair the Terrazzo, and did such a lousy job, patchy areas are not smooth and this is which we paid an enormous amount extra for after they started the job. I have other rental houses, and I had another company to do the Terrazzo and there is no comparison in the quality of work. Like I said, I'd be happy to show anybody. I live in Largo and more than happy to show you what a poor job this was. Pictures are deceiving, so please go to the job and look at what they have done before you decide on them. Also, the crew that came was not friendly or personal, and came unprepared. I feel like they came without proper equipment and a broken down truck. They have completed an unsatisfactory job, taken/stolen my money, acknowledge that the job was not done well, over promised and undelivered, said they would come back to fix the unsatisfactory job and....crickets. Sam Tasker and Trevor Templin have failed to respond, failed to refund my money, and have failed at repairing the unsatisfactory job at my home. I had received one of their flyers in the mail and scheduled the necessary work at my home. Do yourself a favor and throw it away. Save yourself the headache and heartache from dealing with them and their unacceptable business practices. My doors were returned uneven, there's large gaps from install, there are cracks, corners are chipped, and the locking mechanism doesn't work. Rest assured that I have voiced complaints and they've falsely promised resolution only for them to keep my money and leave me with doors that were poorly done and incomplete. If you want it done right, go somewhere else.

I had asked if it would be possible to have my doors back on before Thanksgiving. Knowing that he and his team had other jobs to work on, Sam and his team made it possible, which I am really greatful for them pushing my order/job through. They were able to strip the old color, which was cherrywood, and had it painted white. My doors look amazing and brand new, which also saved me a lot of money from buying new doors. After a Coastal rep came out and gave me an estimate, I added on resurfacing of the top of my vanity as well. Everyone from the business was friendly and professional. Will, my technician, was respectful, answered all my many questions, and sought my input when there were choices. His many years of experience in this field were evident in the finished product. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. It was completed today, so I can't comment on how it will wear over time, but Will asked me to call if I had any issues. I complimented Will on his good work ethic and asked what motivated him. He said that he worked for a really good boss, and didn't want to disappoint him. The owner and office staff were very nice , until I had a problem…read more The person who came to resurface my bathtub did not use any sort of air ventilation during the whole process until the very end they used some sort of contraption for like 20 minutes to ventilate the chemicals outside. My special-needs son was there and my cat was there. They never said anything about you us leaving the house for a while or anything like that. They never gave me any instructions on what to do before, during or after the process and they did not leave any sort of instructions on what to expect. I walked in the door at 8:30pm at night and got blasted with this extreme chemical smell which I had a huge reaction to. I called them the next day and they said oh it should be gone in 24 hours. No it was not gone. I had to open up my whole house go buy some air purifiers and fans and still a week later I had horrible chemical fumes. I had a quality air guy come in and test the air and do an air scrub on it and I also had to go rent an air scrubber machine at Home Depot to try and get the fumes out of my house, now it's two weeks after and I still have the fumes in my house that he says are not toxic in any way , I requested SDS sheets that are required by law and they have yet to get them to me and now they are not responding. If you are sensitive to chemicals in any way, do not get this process done without getting all the chemical information before they do it! Lesson learned with a lot of pain!
