My car was parked and was involved in a hit and run situation. I went to this place and right away Pedro took care of me and told me not to worry and he will keep me updated. I was referred by a friend of a friend to Chris at this shop in South Central LA and yes I will admit, I was worried about the outcome because of the unknown and because I wasn't familiar with their work. I want to thank the guys at 323 Auto collision for providing great service to me while I was going thru the inconvenience of dealing with a car accident, first of all Chris was like an angel sent when he was at the right place and time the day of my incident. It was early in the AM around 7:15am as I was on my way to work. He was very helpful to me as I was upset and stressing about not being able to drive my car to get to work. A job that I had just been there a month. He and Elizabeth and Katherine were very comforting by ensuring me that they could help me and that they work with many insurance companies. And that's a long as they had my car they would provide me with a rental, so that I could make it to work. As promised they did provide me with another vehicle that same morning and after my car getting towed to their facility and paperwork filled I was on my way to work. My car did take a little longer than it should to get fixed but, it's all good so far. Hence the 4 stars. Other than that I do recommend this place for any repairs that you might need. Save your time and money and DONT do business with this place! they are liars & thieves. They claim to want to help people but in reality screw them. Last Thursday they conveniently showed up at an accident scene at the same time as the police departments towing truck showed up. 323 Collison center stated and gave us an invoice indicating they would charge $250 for a tow and an inspection. Since our vehicle is insured only with liability on Monday we went to pick it up and we were handed a $1,280 invoice. When the invoice was questioned they stated it was for additional charges they had which we were never made aware of. We were told to pay the $1280 or we weren't getting the vehicle back. We went to the bank to withdrawal the $ needed ( since the ATM machines conveniently didn't work) and when we returned they acted like they did us a favor and removed their hidden $175 administrative fee! As we were leaving we were told the only reason they picked up our vehicle was because they thought it was fully covered had they known it was only liability they never would have offered to pick it up. Not only are they screwing people apparently they are screwing insurance companies as well!!! Side note: AAA towed my vehicle home. *** SHADY AUTO BODY SHOP *** Dont believe the 5-Star reviews. They are clearly all fake. Read the 1-Star reviews for the truth and you will see a common theme. This company is Shady at best! It is a business built on Bait-n-Switch marketing, followed up with Lie-Cheat-Steal customer service. They make claims to lure you in, then they don't follow through. When you try to pin them down on it they give you excuses and assure you it will be finished in 2 days again and again and again. After my initial meeting with Elizabeth, I never saw her or spoke to her again. She was conveniently out of the office or away from her desk on every attempt for over 4 weeks. I was left with only Catherine the receptionist, who would pretend she couldn't hear you mid-sentence and then hangup. I was in a minor accident in my brand new 2016 Hyundai, less than 2 months old wth a lot of superficial damage to the passenger side of my car. 5 minutes later a guy named Mike from 323 Auto shows up at the scene and starts making promises. He tells me 323 will wave my $500 deductible and get me a rental car for 1 week. He claimed it would take 2-3 weeks to fix the car. The claims adjuster said 15 days to fix it. It ended up taking over 30 days to do the work. At their offices, Elizabeth gave Mike cred by coming thru with the car rental. When I told her he waved the $500 deductible she did not dispute it and said, "oh, OK if that's what he said". But, when I went to pick up my car they charged me the deductible after all. The work was sub-par with broken parts, incomplete body work, pooled paint, weather stripping improperly installed and something rattling in my dashboard that will drive me insane if I can't find what it is. When I picked up the car 4 weeks later, it smelled like a dirty mechanic covered in old grease, and body odor. The upholstery was covered in dust from sanded paint and bondo. The car had to be completely cleaned and shampooed at my expense. I don't dare take the car back to them, even though they guarantee their work for life, for fear that they'll keep it several weeks looking for the rattling and then return it to me with another problem, claim it was not a result of their repairs and charge me for the work. THAT IS HOW THIS SCAM WORKS. So I'm stuck with the cost of fixing a rattling dash, poorly installed parts and complete detailing on my 3 month old car. What a nightmare. read more

RUN RUN RUN! (Check google for the REAL REVIEWS) This place was a TOTAL SCAM. I got into a minor accident, and this tow truck comes up after everything was taken care of with me and the other person just as I was getting ready to leave. They tell me "Here's my card, and here's the shop we work with...(323 Auto Collision Center)" "We don't charge for the tow and can even take care of your deductible, we work with your insurance company *hands me a card that has a list of insurers they work with" As this was my first accident I agree, have them tow me to the shop, call my insurance company once there and they were NOT certified with State Farm. The guy who towed me tells me to sign this carbon copy receipt "JUST for record that they actually towed my car...and they'll fill in the VIN number and description" I say okay and sign (there were no charges on the paper nothing just empty spaces for my car details and my signature at the bottom) he goes to fill out the details and I wait for my copy. I tell the woman in the front "Actually I'm taking my car to a certified shop closer to home" They tell me no problem and I sign the release paper to get my keys back (THE ONLY PAPER THAT I SIGNED for the actual body shop) and they tell me "Great thank you, you'll get your keys once your insurance company pays for the Tow" Me: "I thought it was free?" Her: "Yeah for customers" Me:"Okay no problem, I'm covered for tow"... Cut to 4 HOURS LATER to my insurance company calling me to ask who this place is and why they were charging over $700 for a tow. I was shocked! I asked to see the receipt for the tow and she shows me the carbon copy I signed with charges written in AFTER I signed showing over $375 for a 3-mile tow and the rest were "administrative fees" Mind you besides the tow that they scammed me into signing, I never signed any papers agreeing to any Administrative fees and they refused to show me the details of their charges stating "Your not paying it, your insurance company is so they can send you a copy of our invoice after they pay" THEN this woman apologizes to me, and says "let me get you and Uber home while we figure this out, free of charge, least I can do since you've been here all day" And cut to weeks after my car gets to the proper shop and the settlement is done, I get a copy of the invoice showing she charged for the Uber, and made up fees, with no signature approval of mine NOTHING. I honestly should have just called the police for them holding me hostage.They gave me the release papers and had no reason to legally charge me or to keep me there. I was there with my car for 5 minutes and told them I wanted to go elsewhere and they got just under $800 from my insurance company for nothing. RUN FROM THIS PLACE and tell all your friends and family to RUN too! They are under critical review of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will soon be getting sued. (BTW..The tow company didn't even work with them, they said they were just an outside vendor that brings 323 Auto Collision Center cars and go by the name "Approved roadside assistance") read more

She walked me through the process of getting my car repaired and assured me that they would only use Toyota parts to fix my car.
