He gave me a reasonable and fair estimate for doing body repairs and repainting my entire car. My goal was to restore and spruce up my '88 Chevy Beretta. During the process, I was sent videos of how the project was progressing, and I appreciated the good customer service. Restoring my car was a detailed and extensive project and took several weeks to complete. They even took the time to do an internet search to locate some of the hard to find parts needed, which was a challenge for a 33 year old vehicle. When they finished my car I was blown away with how great and beautiful it looked! The high quality of the body work and the new paint exceeded my expectations. They also replaced the window and door seals, painted the wheels, painted the door jams , inside the trunk, and cleaned the engine and engine compartment and replaced an interior light bulb. They even kindly fixed my turn signal lever, which was a pleasant unexpected surprise. They also nicely cleaned the interior and floor. Years ago I had had my car painted at a different place, but Perfect Auto Paint and Body did a far superior job. Victor and his skilled team are true professionals with decades of experience and I really appreciate the knowledgeable, careful and thorough work they did in restoring and painting my car. Brought my moms car here to get the front bumper fixed. It was done in about a week and they called…read moreus to pick it up then when we arrived we noticed that the front bumper had a big gap in between where the fender and bumper sit and it wasn't held in place. The owner said it would get fixed with the sun and he was wrong it got worse. Then I called him to get it repaired he said yes to come when I did his worker and him where saying we crashed the car and that's not the case it is the same condition it was delivered to us. He refused to fix it saying it was our fault and was very rude about it because he was already paid. I inspected the bumper after the whole ordeal and the clips and spacers of the bumper are broken because they broke them and turned in the car like that to us. They also switched the old bumper to a very cheap fragile one. Very unethical. Paid them to get the job done and they left it worse. Be careful bringing your car here. They like to take advantage.
