I recently had my car painted by Jimmy's Bodyshop. Did a pretty good job. Cost me $1,730.00. As the process went on. He sent me updated photos and video of the person working on my car. Everything seemed cool. Finally got my car back and thought Everything was good. I recently bought some new interior door handles that I wanted painted and installed. I paid for the service upfront. A week had gone by and I hadn't heard from him. Within that week I called him three days straight. No answer. On the fourth day, I called and he finally answered. I asked him why didn't he return my calls. He replied, he was very busy. I replied, so you couldn't take a few moments of your time to let me know something and I already paid you. So, I told him to give me my money and door handles back and he did.. That's not the way you handle business to a paying customer. To just ignore me like that and I payed you good money. Body shop is down right run by scammers. The car I had brought was probably painted outside as it was full of orange peel and mosquitoes and flies stuck on the car and it was full of dried paint drips. They don't even have a proper spray booth which I'm sure to report them to the city. Did such a bad job I'm gonna have to take it to another body shop to touch up. This clown is not a man of his word and responds even slower than he works. I came to him off of a referral, and it was one of the worse decisions of my life. This clown gave me a quote but didn't follow through on his end of the deal. After they told me my vehicle was completed they increased the price even though they didn't complete the work. He put on my front end, and now my headlights don't work, and my battery keeps getting drained. He painted my vehicle, and after I picked up my car it had chips and minor scratches. I have to go to a different shop because I don't want this inept clown to take another year to try and fix this simple problem, or he probably doesn't know how to fix it. This clown and whatever female dog I spoke to on the phone are habitual liars who cannot communicate appropriately about the project's progress or give an exact date of completion. They told me time after time it'll be done next week. If I had a dollar for every time, they told me this I would've been able to pay for the rentals used to come pick up my vehicle. If you don't want to get your car back in a timely matter, keep getting the runaround and get your vehicle pushed back for other vehicles that came in after your car go here, but if you want honesty, respect and things to actually get done in a timely manner I'm sure you can go anywhere else except here.
