Just don't. This place is convenient but it doesn't deserve the business. I brought a brand new dress in because it had a tiny pen stain on it which must have happened when they packaged the dress. I needed it for an event this weekend so I didn't have time to get a replacement. When I picked up the dress I checked it to see if they got the stain out, and they did but the fabric is snagged in several places. When I brought this to the woman's attention she said no it came in that way. It absolutely did not come in that way it was brand new. There was also a lint roller sticker balled up inside the dress which is probably how the fabric got snagged to begin with. read more

I disagree with all of the negative reviews - yeah, the people here aren't the warmest and fuzziest, but the get the job done and get you in and out quickly without a lot of fuss. Clothes always look great and they tell you in advance when they can't do something. It may just be that I used to go to Dependable Cleaners which was AWFUL - this place is literally 1/3 of the price of Dependable and Dependable whenever they can't do something or mess something up they just put and "ooops" message on your clothes; plus they have many times messed up orders (forgotten to give me an item back, incorrectly charged, etc.) Anyway, this cleaner has never done any of that and I've always been happy with prices, efficiency, and quality. read more

Ahh man! Burned again. It's been a tough month review-wise. I hate to give this review to a local business, but unfortunately I am in the market for a new cleaner. I've been taking my husband's clothes here for about six months. Sure, I get the occasional complaint that his shirts aren't as clean as they can be but beyond that, not a peep. Being the amazing wife that I am, I give his clothes the once-over before taking them in to make sure any stains are caught, etc. Last week I picked up a shirt with a pretty obvious mark on the chest, the kind you can't miss, almost like some kind of burn. Along with the shirt was a pair of pants with the hem fully undone. Again, pretty obvious. No biggie I figured, and I took them back in today, tags still attached. Sadly, when I pointed these issues out, I was met with a round of 'not my faults,' followed by a stern 'you brought them in that way.' Clearly there was not going to be any kind of compromise, maybe I pay for the hem, you cover the stain kind of thing, so I had to make the break and can't recommend this business. read more

I went into the establishment yesterday, described what I needed, they gave me the price and told that they would give me a $50 discount since it was my first visit. I though that was great so I came back the following day, same woman, gave her the wedding dress and she said the veil was extra, no problem I thought, how much can it be? She then gave me the total and it was now basically the same as specialty shops that do wedding dress preservation (we just needed a good cleaning as we will be using the dress again later this year). I pointed out that the discount was less than what she told me yesterday, and she said that she could now only give me $20 discount, total! I don't appreciate being lied too. You also lose my wife's business on the nail shop (which she wants to do every 3 or 4 weeks), all for $30. I'm all for small business but do not respect liars. I now understand the low yelp rating on this establishment and will take my business elsewhere. read more

Worst costumer service ever experienced! I tried this dry cleaners for over a year hoping that the manager or owner would turn around and give some good customer service some day. NEVER HAPPENED! The man is rude, demanding , and overall unpleasant. Plus there were several times where my shirts came back not cleaned and I had pants hemmed that consistently were too short. I dont even know where to start. If i could give this place negative stars i would. I originally went here to 1. get a suit jacket altered 2. Dry cleaning. When i brought in my suit jacket for alteration, I tried it on for the guy in the store. Upon putting on my suit, which was way too big for me, he told me that if i altered it I "would look like a girl." It doesn't stop here. I dropped off my other two suits for dry cleaning and received a slip, pretty normal. A few days go buy and I call the guy to see if my suits are done. At this point it is about 6:15 pm. He answers the phone and I say "Hi, i would like to know if my suits are done." He responds "no ticket number, no help." He hung up and I called back again only for him to tell me that he is too busy to tell me if my stuff is done. This guy should be ashamed of himself and his business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced. I will never go back here, and being from the neighborhood, I am willing to go out of my way to make sure all my neighbors and co workers never use this idiot again. Good luck, pal. read more

I don't know if I've been spoiled or am just stupid for not researching drycleaners in the neighborhood. I brought in a delicate tank top to have cleaned and a little hole in the lace repaired. When I went to pick it up, I noticed they had used a drastically different color to kind of throw the lace back together. I mentioned something, but the girl simly said that was the closest they had. Me, if I knew I wasn't going to be able to repair something correctly, I would probably not do it at all. it wasn't til days later, when I went to put it on that I noticed both straps had apparently been broken and "repaired" so poorly that I can't wear it any more. Extremely dissapointed with the work and the sneaky way they thought I wouldn't notice the damage the did to my expensive shirt. read more

I've been coming here a few months since I started working from home and had to change dry cleaners from the one by my old office. I quickly realized I was spoiled (see my other review). The pressing here is ok for the most part but what really gets me is the corners of my collars getting burned. I get it that wear and tear and burns happen due to the laundry process but the other place I went could always get them out (even if the burns were from my dryer at home). When I asked the owner (I think) about getting these out he said he couldn't and he also couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen to additional shirts. Since they can't guarantee they basically won't destroy my shirts I have no choice but to look for a dry cleaner on par with my previous one. read more

Terrible experience. Gave this place a shot for 6 months. Continued to have wrinkled shirts at the time of receiving them. I showed the manager that all the shirts had wrinkles on multiple occasions and he told me "you are the only person who complains about it" like that avoids blame. These guys are very poor cleaners for the price. I brought them 8 dress shirts to launder and press. All of the collars on the shirts were pressed incorrectly, so that they folded too short and 2 buttons had been smashed. I came back in to give them a second chance, and the gentleman who runs the place said "I don't guarantee buttons" which is fine, but he then went on to say that my buttons were "too high." I think that he meant they were thick, which is true--they are high quality mother of pearl buttons that come on most decent dress shirts, but in the hundreds of times I've had shirts with MOP buttons laundered, I've never had a single one break (prior to my encounter with this business) because they are actually far stronger than a typical button. After he seemed to indicate that he would just break them again if I left my shirts with them (there was a bit of a language barrier), I decided to take my business elsewhere. Literally every other dry cleaner I've been to in Denver has done a better job with less hassle, so you would be wise to avoid this place. read more

These guys are affordable, friendly and do a great job on our clothes. I have had them fix a few hems and buttons and the jobs came out nicely, I would necessarily use them to bring trousers in because not that type of Taylor. Family owned in the highlands. Great read more

This cleaner has always provided me with consistent service. I've only had them do dry cleaning (sweaters, pants, etc.), but they've always had my clothes ready for pickup when they said they'd be available. The clothes have always been dry cleaned well, and it's great to have reliable service like this in the heart of Highlands. This is the only cleaner I will go to now. Maybe the place has changed owners in the last couple years or something, but I've been using them for six months and have had nothing but nice experiences. I feel that the guy I usually deal with is very forthright about their capabilities and the prices are reasonable for both repairs and cleaning. I would easily recommend this place. Everything has always been on time and consistent with the quality they promised. I also have a lot of respect for them because they've told me when it would be better for me to wash it myself with Oxyclean than to have them do it. Also, their repairs are of a far higher quality than what I was getting over on Colfax. Finally, they have adorable parakeets of some kind in the lobby. The parakeets look happy, and so am I. read more

I've used this dry cleaner from time to time because of it's convenient location to my home. They're always a bit rude and quite pricey, but I don't often dry clean clothes so I didn't think much of it. My boyfriend recently moved in, and he wears business attire on a regular basis and uses dry cleaning services frequently. We recently bought him numerous new shirts that needed to be pressed before wearing so we brought them here. Note: these were BRAND NEW, never worn shirts in perfect condition that just needed to be starched and ironed. When we picked them up, they were covered in oil stains! We immediately returned, and the proprietor denied the fact that his company caused the damage. He angrily took them back to remove the stains, but the stains were still present upon pick up. Hundreds of dollars of new shirts completely unwearable. I highly caution anyone considering using this business. We definitely will not return. read more

Do not go here! I took the shirts and suit for our wedding to get cleaned and pressed. They all came back wrinkled and smelled of grease and food. I tried to explain my frustration and disappointment and was not met with any understanding that they messed up - they agreed they were wrinkled and suggested I sue them. read more

Terrible. Was double charged. Dropped off my duvet cover to be cleaned and was asked to pay up front which I thought was odd but went for it. Made the mistake of paying cash. My fiancé went to pick it up and he demanded payment. So we were double charged. $60 total. Tried to fight it to no avail, of course. Will definitely not be back to this shady place. read more

They claimed that the stains were there when I brought the shirts in (none of the shirts were stained). They were extremely rude and had very poor customer service skills. VERY sneaky. STEER CLEAR!!! I used this place for about a month and was happy about the convenience to my residence. Unfortunately, two weeks ago when I went in to pick up a white button down shirt from dry-cleaning, I noticed dark brown spots like something had dripped on the shirt. Since the spots weren't there before I pointed them out to the man that runs the shop, he immediately became defensive saying, "we don't guarantee stain". I explained that may be their policy on stains, but these stains were not there when I dropped the shirt off. He argued with me and then brought his wife from the back of the store, I explained the situation and she repeated that they don't guarantee stains...after some back and forth she said that they would send it back. I came back the following week to get the shirt, still had some spots but the majority were gone. They tried to pass it off as good even though the shirt is ruined. We've been taking our dry cleaning to this place for almost a year. Lots of clothing every week. But, everything we'd ask for - "please don't crease pants that have no crease showing", "would you please sew the belt loop back on?", "can you remove the spot?" - whatever we asked for, and have done so with no problems at our long standing cleaners in Chicago - became a conversation. Never just, "sure we can do that", or "no problem". To say nothing of the missing garments that they never seem to take responsibility for. The last straw was when I went to pick up the cleaning the other night. When I went to pay I was told their card machine wasn't working. No problem, I thought. I'll just pay (for only 2 garments) next time I come in. "No" I was told. I was told to go to an ATM. ( Right. So now I have to pay a service charge to get my clothing?) Or, he said, I could come back another day. I didn't have enough cash. And, I often work odd hours. So, finding the time to come back could be a challenge. Truly disappointed, I found an ATM, paid the $3.50 service charge, went back to the cleaners, gave him the cash, walked out...and do not intend to return. He had two options. 1. Let me pay him next time. And 2. Offer to pay the service charge. It's not about money. It's about service. It's about respect. It's about trust. I trusted them for almost a year. They should trust me to pay for two garments next time I come in. read more
