BUYER BEWARE! I bought a Yukon Denali from here last month. Jack said they had just replaced the upper control arm. He said all the lights were functional. I test drove truck and liked it. I noticed it drove a little rough and he said it was because the engine was cold. I bought the truck. Within a week , I replaced several exterior lights, and oil pan was leaking. I have to keep putting air in one of the tires. Then I was driving and the steering wheel went to the left and the truck went to the right. After a few mins driving, the wheel came apart/off. I was shaking so bad! I was at garage watching the mechanic call over 3 other mechanics in the shop to show them. They were all in shock. They told me whoever replaced the upper control arm never torqued in the bolts. That I was very lucky. If I had been going fast I could have flipped my truck! I was just on the highway the day before! The mechanic called Jack and he told me his response was " It's her truck now . I suppose she expects me to pay for the boat". He was also reminded that I could have been killed! He also wanted me to bring it back to him and he would fix it. But he wasn't about to pay for the tow from worcester to Holliston. And honestly I didn't want him touching it! I had my garage that I know and trust make the truck safe to drive. He offered $100.00 to take care of it. What a joke. I would not recommend buying from here. Your safety is not as important as the sale. He does not back up anything once he has your money. Buyer beware! read more

They sold me a car. In May Of 2022. It was a 2008 Mercury Milan. It has four wheels. It drove. Was nice.

WARNING: Bought a car in January from Jack at 360 Motorsports LLC in Holliston, MA, and less than 2 months later, the car needs an engine replacement. After spending $5500 it is now either a piece of trash in my driveway or I have to spend thousands more to put in a new engine. I feel if you are buying and selling used cars you should fully inspect them before selling, and be knowledgeable about the engines. Of course Jack has blamed this on my son, and will do nothing to help the situation. I could understand this situation more if the car was only a couple hundred dollars - but at $5500 - completely unfair! Do not recommend. read more

Do NOT buy from here!!! I bought a car from 360 motor sports a few months back that was guaranteed to pass inspection, Jack had talked the car up, falsely advertising that is was reliable and safe which as time went on was proven to be neither. When I took it to get inspected it failed for no brakes and an oil leak. Upon buying this car I explained that I thought the car lacked power and Jack insured me it was because it was a 4 cylinder and that everything was running great. Completely over charged for this vehicle, luckily because it was still under the 30 day warranty, he replaced the front brakes and was SUPPOSED to fix the oil leak in the oil filter housing; my mechanic checked and said there is no way he fixed it . We had to have the car towed there because the traction control and ABS lights were on.. another problem. We got the car back, the brakes were fixed but the car still had no power and the ABS and traction control light came back on with the bonus check engine light . Contact him again about the check machine light and problems I was still having said the car wasn't that bad and that he would call me back after the holiday, it was the Fourth of July weekend. He never called me back. We wrote him and left messages and he never responded to that or since: I brought it back to my mechanic and he said the turbo is bad and needs to be replaced and that the oil leak was never fixed and there was no way he could've fixed it because it's behind the turbo he would've had to take it out which he didn't do. So now I am having to put another 1500 into it to fix these problems. Awful communication and overall terrible experience from Jack. Would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle here. read more
