I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I went there to look at two different Subaru Outbacks. I test drove the first one, and wanted to test drive the second one (which had a flat tire and was parked in the back corner of the lot where they had to move at least 7 different vehicles to get to it). They allowed me plenty of time to test drive the cars as it takes a while to get to the highway from the dealership. After test driving the first one, they had no problem at all with moving the vehicles necessary, and fixing the tire so I could drive the second one. I ended up purchasing the second one. At NO point in time did I feel any pressure at all by any of the salesmen!! Moses was absolutely wonderful! I had concerns that the timing and accessory belts weren't done on the vehicle (maintenance records only went to 75K miles, and those belts are done at 90K and the vehicle had just over 100K miles), and Moses told me that they automatically do them if they find that they weren't already done. We went down a list of repairs that I wanted done to the vehicle. Moses made sure that they were all completed and told me that the timing and accessory belts had already been done (they were new when the mechanic looked at them). Since I had to get my car inspected for RI anyway, I asked my normal mechanic to verify if the belts had been done, and he was able to verify that they had. The car has since been vin checked, registered, and inspected with no problems at all. In every aspect of the car buying process, JC Auto Sales was a great place to deal with. It was very nice to go somewhere where there was no pressure to buy any particular vehicle, and we were allowed to take our time on the test drive without feeling like I was putting the dealership out in some way. I will be looking for another car in about 8 months or so for my husband, and I will DEFINITELY go to JC Auto Sales first! An awesome experience all around. I find buying a vehicle to be a very stressful process, and they made it easy as pie. I will definitely go to them again, and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I bought my car almost a year ago and let's just say, these people don't care. When I went the first man told me full price no matter what. Told me they just got the car in and he needed to replace a couple things like the caliber. They had the car for 90 days said the website. He was so rude and shouldn't work with as selling cars. I asked if he was the owner he paused and said yes. I asked again he said yes so then I said no you really aren't. I got up and asked if anyone else could help me cause he wanted 8 grand for a 2008 Honda Civic. I said where is the owner and then JC came around the corner. I started talking to him and we came to a deal of 6,500. I was told everything would be fixed in this car before I came. I was told it would have an inspection sticker also. A week later I came for the car, caliber wasn't fixed and there wasn't an inspection sticker. Took him a week to send my registration. I have bought a caliber. My front and back brakes and rotors had to be changed 4 months in. My tires were bad and I had to replace them too. And not my suspension. Like seriously that's insane. Was told NO RUST ANYWHERE. Found out that was a lie also. All in all these guys don't truly care about you or about you get and just clearly want your money. Stay away and don't sell with them. read more

On August 5th 2019 I gave Tony, general manager at JC, an 18 thousand dollar check from my credit union for a used 2011 Chevy Siverado. A few days prior to that I had been talking with Tony about the truck since I couldn't get to the dealership. He didn't try any pressure sales techniques over the phone, ie: calling me back after a day or 2 telling me someone else was looking at the truck to try and get money to hold it over the phone. When I told him I was coming to look at the truck he had it situated so that it was easy to get in and out as well as walk around to inspect all areas of the truck. It was a hot day so I was thankful he had the foresight to have it running with the a/c on. He let my wife and I take the truck out for a ride on our own with no pressure sales tactics when we returned. After a few hundred miles on it during a weekend trip I noticed some little things wrong. JC auto sales had no legal obligation to look at or fix what I found wrong but they did without question and without charging us for the repairs. Tony even got me a new key and key fob at his expense since the previous owner only turned in 1 key and fob. Do not hesitate to buy a car from JC auto sales. Within the past year I have had 2 nightmares with previous cars (totaling one on 495, and the other going up in smoke). Searching for a car at only 19 years old, dealerships NEVER take you seriously, even with a full-time job. Walking into J C Autosales was different. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a valued customer. The sales man Moses asked me what I was looking for (which really was just a car that worked... lol). After realizing I basically had no clue he showed me a few cars that were in my price range and that he would trust with his little sister in. After test driving a few cars I was unsure of my options. There were a few cars that I liked but nothing that I loved. Knowing that, he told me with absolutely no pressure on me to come up with a decision fast, to sit and think about it. As I was getting up to walk out the door, Moses recalled that there was one more car that I may be interested in, however it wouldnt be in for a few days because he had loaned it to his sister for her to commute in briefly. Working full-time my schedule can be a NIGHTMARE for making appointments. About a week later, I got in contact with Moses to see the car. He was nice enough to even stay late so I could test drive it! (Mind you I got there 5 mins before close.... oops) I ended up LOVING the car, which I can now call my own. My experience with J C was the best car buying experience I have had, hands down. They are reliable, family orientated, and honorable to their word. If I have any issues whether it be me imagining some non-existent problem with my car (sorry guys), to something as simple as just needing an oil change or spare key for my car they are there.
