My lady at my usual nail salon left and I forgot where it was she told me she was going... So I was left to my own devices in finding a new nail salon. Life can be as tough as it wants but as long as my nails look great, I am a happy gal. That's proved to be difficult because everywhere I've gone in Colorado (besides my usual lady) my nails end up chipping in a few days... I have gone back twice now and both times Katie has done my nails. She was extremely kind and made tons of conversation but could tell when I was just ready to relax. She listened when I told her that my nails have been chipping easily so she did two base coats and two top coats (I usually get shellac). Guess what? NO CHIPS!!! YESS! read more

Just got my first gel manicure + regular pedicure here. While I can't speak yet to how long they last, it was a FANTASTIC experience and a really high quality job. The prices were fantastic and the staff are SUPER SUPER NICE! Truly, I haven't experienced such nice people at a nail salon before. Also they have a coupon card - after 10 visits, you get $10 off your next $20+ service. No doubt this place will be my go-to salon from now on since it's very convenient and overall a great find. EDIT: I got my nails done here over two weeks ago now and my manicure is still in perfect shape!!! At other nail salons, my gels are usually peeling by the end of the second week but even with lots of hand washing, doing dishes, and honestly not really focusing on taking care of my nails, the gels have completely stayed put. Absolutely fantastic shellac manicure today! I came in as a walk in and didn't have to wait for my manicure. The owner and his staff were so friendly, and the tech who did my nails was very careful, meticulous, and friendly. I appreciated that the staff offered me a drink (not many salons do that), and all of the tech's utensils were sealed and sterilized. They have awesome prices and a good selection. However they really need to figure out their appointment system. The past 3 times I went there I had called previously to make an appointment. The only reason this place has good reviews is because the owner reaches out to fix it after they messed up the first time. I recently went back because when they offered to re do my nails (after they broke in one day) and I had a better experience. Don't bother making an appointment because they'll make you wait 30 minutes either way. They raised all their prices so their website is inaccurate. Me and my friend both went there for pedicure with appointments for 6pm (they close at 7pm) they didn't start on us until maybe 7:40pm. They were rushing us extremely fast and did a horrible job. The best place I've ever been too for nails! What first attracted me to visit 360 Nails and Spa was that they're open til 7:30 pm on Saturday and the ratings on Yelp. They are very detailed oriented by going over your nails several times to clean up or touch up any areas whether that be the actual polish or cuticles. Very friendly staff, and are able to understand what you're wanting done. Yesterday I took a friend over there for a manicure for a b-day present to "show off" the place, as usual awesome job done. Impressed on that the tools used are all packaged before used and also the same person that starts your service also finishes it, you don't play technician tag. After 3 months of searching I have found my place!! I came in on a Saturday and was sat down right away to start my service. I had broken a nail pretty far down and Tine was very gentle and made sure not to hurt the nail worse. She was extremely nice and friendly. First time here recently. Just needed a simple pedi. Place is huge, already a bit busy when I walked in (no appt needed). They let me in within 5 minutes, which was great. Sat down and the lady was nice but the whole thing was a bit rushed. The entire pedi took 20 minutes--a bit too fast--I have had pedis for YEARS in my old hometown and it was always at leasttt 45 minutes long -- yes at an expensive salon, but 20 minutes is wayyy too short and it showed. I did not notice at first cuz they kept the lights off so the salon isn't that bright. When done (and I had already left), I noticed my nails were still a bit dirty and the polish did not go all the way to the edges on the sides, so there is a thin gap on each side of each toenail. I hate that! In additon, she only did one coat, so I saw bubbles and it was all thin. Lastly, she did not remove a hangnail nor some peeling skin on my toes. (I hike a lot). My former nail lady always smoothed out everyyything and cut all rogue nails and hangnails. This lady did not. Basically just a "wham bam thank you ma'am". Not impressed. Now I understand why this place is pretty cheap and has a long line which includes kids. Perhaps it is me and I need somewhere more upscale and thorough. (I take responsibility for not checking my nails thoroughly right away. I assumed it would be done well based on the reviews and long line of clients). read more

I've gone here a few times and every time I feel the service gets worse . I went there today to get a rebase , was cut twice and she even forgot to put the top coat on my pinky nail on my left hand . The whole time she was rushing to get me out of there because they were so busy . You could tell just by the way she handled my hand and how she forgot to finish putting the top coat on all my fingers they could care less about the work they are doing and more about how many people they can see . read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The salon is very beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The nail techs are very good. They take their time but are efficient. The prices are very good and seem to be offering some great specials right now. I had put a previous review saying how disappointed I was especially since I have been coming here for a while and always love my nails after no matter who does them. Phil, the owner responded to my review and was truly sorry. He said to give them another try. And so I did. He personally did my nails for me. Attempted to make this my salon yet after 7 visits all with appointments I was never taken at my appointment time. I was there on 4/9/19 with a 5:30 appointment; I wasn't taken until 7:10 & sat with my feet in water for an hour while I was assured time and time again that someone would be right with me. I went with my 2 daughters; asked for 2 eyebrow service in addition to mani/pedi's and they literally forgot to do them. Was overcharged, never offered a discount or a re-do. Re-base is thick and sloppy; nail polish left on my hands and never wiped; daughter was cut during manicure. Will never return. Getting a mani/pedi should be a relaxing experience and it never was here - always waiting. Was given a pathetic; "We're so sorry" for the 5th time. They make appointments to make money and then let the customer wait for mediocre service. New salon in the horizon! read more

I decided to head out to Northglenn and try this place out based on reviews and I must say I was very impressed . I really love how their nail salon was set up. Very different from all the other basic nail places . I went in early and was quickly attended by the staff . It did get busy in the 1 1/2hr I was there but they had multiple staff members working . I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and for once I got to actually relax in the nail salon . Some places are too small and get over crowded and loud but this place was big enough to feel not overcrowded. I will definitely be coming back ! read more

Update: After posting my review below, I was contacted by the salon owner, Phil. He apologized for my nails not being what I wanted and offered to re-do them for free. He really took his time to have them turn out how wanted and they look great! You don't always see a business owner reach out to make something like this right. I appreciated him taking the time to give me a great experience, even though the salon was busy, and I will be back to 360! I went to 360 recently for my first dip manicure and had someone with me that got a pedicure. They said their pedi was great, their tech took time and they really enjoyed it- which was great. My issue came with my dip experience. I was excited to get this done since I had never had it done before. My technician seemed to really rush through my manicure and at the end my nails were very uneven and I could see thin spots in the dip powder. Also, here were several folks around me that were also getting dips and it seemed like their techs really took their time and were filing them down to make sure they were even, which my tech didn't do. Also at the end, my tech just put some cuticle oil on my nails, didn't rub it in or anything and told me I was done. Just a little strange since most times they will rub it in and/or give you a hand massage but I was left to rub it in before I checked out. I would like to give 360 another try since there are so many good reviews but it was pretty disappointing for my first time there. :/ read more

They are overall just busy in general had my nails done on 3/8 had appointment @ 5:15 got seated in the waiting area and sat there for not too long then had the nail tech put on foils to remove nails (which she had filed when I sat down) I explained that one of my nails had come off and hurt and asked to just be careful she proceeded rip the foils off my nails after 20 min and forgot about my broken nail and pulled my nail at that point I told her it hurt and to be careful she then grabbed my nail and filled it even though I said it hurt she continues to try and put glue? Then again filed the nail again I then show her a picture of what I want and she said okay she didn't show me the colors and just did my nails she was very rough and seemed very upset and kept getting up to do other things which I get they are busy but ended up leaving at 7:15 2 hours later after my appointment time below I'll show what I asked for and what I got. read more

I got a pedicure done 3 days ago.. Service absolutely sucked theres no way around it in totally it lasted 15 minutes tops, I waited in my car longer then the service. I got in at the same time as someone else and her nail tech was still shaping her toes when I was completely finished. The lady didn't use a file at all! Just snipped with the cutters and left it at that THEN she starts digging out this "hang nail" I was in soo much pain but she was telling me that its big and shes trying to get it out for me so I figured ok it should be worth it I didnt see anything come out just my cuticles that she cut off!! I was sore that whole day but just left it at that. Over the last couple of days walking on my toe has never felt more painful. The side where she was digging is literally inflamed Its puffed up and now filling with liquid you can see the redness but there is a green center that now is gushing out fluid. Im upset I usually get the spa delux but was on a time crunch so I did the regular pedicure, really glad I didn't waist my money. I had previously stopped getting my nails done here after the last girl cut my finger with the file and used nail glue to try and stop my finger from bleeding.. I can no longer have faith in this salon so I'm bot returning. Find a good nail tech on Instagram don't bother going here. read more
