I usually love this place but I had a very rough experience this last time and don't think I'll be coming back. First of all the woman who did my nails the first time didn't do them thick enough so they broke and she didn't do the gel correctly so it peeled. I went back to get them fixed and they did a good job but used the wrong color. So I have different colored nails and when I went back in they refused to fix them saying it was the same color when it clearly is not. It looks a hot mess. I originally left a review a year ago and boy have things changed. I was in about a week ago and I ask Phil how long until he has some time (he's literally the only good one in the shop) and he said it would be quite a while but "I have someone really really good for you", reluctantly I agree to seeing someone else. It was less than 5 minutes before Phil was done and instead of doing my nails (I'm a VERY LOYAL customer) he stepped out for a smoke! My nails were done horribly - the acrylic powder was too thick on all the nails, she attempted to fix this after I pointed it out, and she didn't even bother making the length on all my nails match. I've tried to give this place chance after chance and waited way longer than I should of had to wait, especially after making appointments. This was the last straw. Will not be returning. read more

I can't give this establishment a proper review. My nail tech gave me a 5star pedicure and did a great job digging out my ingrown nails. Excellent hand applying polish! However, the ventilation is extremely inadequate for the number of techs applying acrylic nails or doing shellac applications. I would be very interested in the air quality numbers within the shop. The prices are inexpensive and color selection is quite large, 10 pedi/massage chairs and double the mani desks. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait! read more

Never going to this nail salon again. Used to be my spot but after going there twice to do my nails & both times I get a horrible experience, I have to find someplace else. The first time I went in 2 nails broke off & I had to go back to fix them (they broke 2 days after I got them done) when I went back this lady helped me but she did the most horrendous job they had bumps on the nail. The second time I went in for a full set, not a rebase. They used the old nails I had on & didnt bother to take them off. What pissed me off the most is that while the man was painting my nails the gel started coming off. He started to fix it & I asked him if the rest of the nails were going to do that. He said no & my surprise the he'll started coming off all my nails 2 days later. I don't have time to go back & fix them every time I go & they mess up. They do SUCH a nice job. They're also great with fixing any broken nails or small issues. I always get a full set of acrylics with gel color and it's always done so perfect and meticulously. They have great pedicure options- even the basic one makes me feel like a queen. read more

I have ingrowns and I swear it doesn't hurt at all when she treats my toes...I've been coming here for a few years now and still love it no complaints other than the wait time sometimes it can be crazy!!! They did a good job at first. However awhile I felt like a number and not like a customer. Most of them did not speak English and were not very personable. Last time I got a pedicure the girl cut my toe. My Shellac manicure did not even last a week. I had to go back and they didn't even apologize just fixed it and sent me on my way. I was very happy with my experience here! I live in an area where I literally have three nail salons within close walking distance of my house. Having gone to all three and not been impressed, I decided to look a little farther out. 360 Nails and Spa was a bit out of the way but it was worth the drive. This was my first time getting my nails done since COVID, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called ahead to make an appointment and was sat right away, they had me wash my hands before sitting down at the station. The tech wore a mask the entire time and there was also a plexiglass screen up between us. They spaced out the stations so you never really get close to anyone other than your tech. All around I felt it was a clean and safe environment. The nails themselves were stunning! I got the dip powder over my natural nails and I love it! I'm writing this review two weeks after getting my nails done and they still look great, no chips! This was definitely a great experience. Shop is big with lots of stations and plenty of customers which is why they didn't earn another one. I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 3pm for a dip and pedicure. We didn't have a long wait and the pedicure went well. When it was time to get the dip, my technician left me because she had another customer that had an appointment. I told them I had an appointment too but I guess I was not as important as their other customer. The technician that finished my service was rude, kept by telling me to relax which I was. I asked to taper my shape to more of a coffin for which he said no. He can't do it because other customers complained and my nails were not long enough. I told him that I've had it done before but he refused. Well, needless to say I will not be back because of the service and the fact that only certain appointments are important. read more

Well... the saying don't betray your nail tech is definitely real!! After calling days ahead to schedule an appt for Friday when they were opening I show up and tons of people are waiting outside. No sense of organization at all more than 10 people were in the building and about 10 + more outside. Definitely unsafe! I had my appt at 3:45 and people outside mentioned they had been waiting for an hour! That is ridiculous!!!! And too top it off people who had just showed up went in before That's the whole reasons appts are for. I decided to leave never ever going back to this place again my nail tech had an appt for me same day I would rather drive south for my usual tech guy then deal with unorganized nail place. read more

Very clean and friendly nail spa. I got a French shellac mani that was perfect. I am very picky about how my nails are done and it takes a little back and forth to get it done right. First time around, my nails were beautiful and completed with care. Also, I am Vietnamese although I don't look it. Vietnamese people tend to speak freely around me not realizing that I understand. So it's important to me to go to a place where the owners and staff aren't unprofessional in my native language. I love this salon so much!!! I am here every two weeks and have been for a few months now. They treat me wonderful each time. They are understanding of what you want and how to achieve it. I have had minor issues like a nail tech not understanding the shape I want or not making my nails matte like I asked, which is partially my fault because I won't speak up if it's wrong, but it is only one guy there I seem to struggle with. Got my nails done here a few days ago. I had read it was busy so I set up an appointment for 5pm. I got there at 445 to be a little early so I picked my colors and waited about 5 minutes. I was then seated in a pedicure chair and had my feet put in the tub and waited 20 minutes before anyone even came to work on my feet. It was busy so it was fine. I asked the gentleman who worked on my toes to be careful because I have an issue with ingrown toenails and he did the exact opposite I asked him to do. I am already feeling pain in my toes a few days later. The work done was excellent and my toes look great. My fingernails I did a french shellac manicure. They look great but the polish is already bubbling so that's a bit annoying. I'll probably go back but maybe avoid a pedicure. I was there a total of 1.5 hours so be prepared to wait and be there for awhile. read more

I've had three manicures here and they've all been great! They have a lot of fun color and design options- the first time I went here I got an eye catching "cat eye" design, and next time I'm getting glow in the dark nails! Whaaaat! The owner makes a point to make sure your nails are actually healthy, which I can't say I've seen anywhere else I've been. They also do free fixes if you break or damage anything! I really hate to leave a bad review because when I first started going here it felt like a found a 5 star nail salon. They took their time, your manicures and pedicures turned out awesome. The last time I went Amy (the owners wife) informed me that they stopped their 10.00 punch card. I had it filled, when the owners wife decided that she was going to honor 1/2 instead of the full 10.00 off I knew they turned into every other nail salon nickel and dime for every little thing. I usually got the dip powder, looks like they went cheap on the powders as well the colors never matched what the sample was. They acted like it was no big deal. This is a big deal you're not getting what you are paying for. You can tell they have gotten greedy. It's a shame because this place use to be A+ Phil I'm sorry you became like every other nail salon, hopefully you'll take these reviews serious and get quality product, quit the nickel and dime sales tactics and honor people's appointment times. Christy did a GREAT job on my toes and she was soooo sweet absolute loved her. Now as far as my nails I had the dip powder done (I'm not sure what the ladies name was) she used the dremel on my nail bed and it Hurt!! She cut 3 of my fingers and told me she did not like doing the dip nails. She didn't get my nail all covered with the color and I asked her to fix it so she filed that part of my nail off! I also felt like if you aren't young they don't really have time for you!! Oh also charged me $45.00 for my nails because they were long my nails barely have a free edge. I will go back to Christy for my pedicures but will find somewhere else for my nails!! read more

The manager kept leaving his client to help and talk to other people even walking by outside. Absolutely amazing nail place! I'm so blown away by the amazing customer service and very great prices. They are hard to find because of the construction outside of the salon but they do AMAZING JOB I told them I only have an hour and they accommodated me and made me feel so great. The first time I went here the lady did a good job, but I did notice they don't open a sealed package of tools from the autoclave in front of the customer, so not sure tools were sterile. The next time I went, a guy did my nails and he didn't have sterile tools either. He also cut my cuticle so bad I bled for several minutes. That fingertip is still red and swollen. They need to stop all the aggessive cutting, especially the guys who are too rough. Not sure I will go back. read more

Impressive. This place is very roomy. Lots of modern pedicure chairs that actually work as they should. Not crowded. Friendly English speaking staff. Every color choice you could dream up for your nails. They do several different types of manicures and don't try and force you to get type of nails they feel like doing.
