Blown away! One step into the salon and that's how I felt. The space inside is large and CLEAN!! I was so impressed and the layout is fabulous. The feel of the salon is relaxing and serene so you actually get to relax while having your service done. I had an acrylic removal with a gel mani and it went smoothly which surprised me because usually it's painful and rushed especially with having powder acrylic color. I didn't do a pedi today but fully regret it. Their chairs look large and comfortable. They had a very good color selection for their gel colors which is always a plus. My tech was amazing I didn't get his name but he took his time and asked me multiple times if I liked how my nails where turning out and he applied 3 coats of color without having to be asked that was the first time ever that happened in my experience anyway. But definitely a great place if you're nearby check them out you will not be dissatisfied. My new go to place for sure! read more

My experience at this nail shop was decent. I felt they were a little rude in their tone of voice. When I got seated the lady made sure the shape was even, which I appreciate. Shaping is a pro but needs a little work. Scheduling was a con cause I was waiting more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I felt rushed with nail polish selection and she yelled across the room to see what color I wanted. Shellac application was decent. But in the end she was nice and tolerable. So disappointed in this place, after coming here regularly for several months because of the affordable prices (despite the 12mile drive) I've had enough. Overall my biggest complaint is the disregard for appointment times. It's pointless to make an appointment because they don't actually honor it. It's also happened before that I arrive as a walk in and they tell me it'll be a short wait that turned out to be an hour wait where I fell asleep on the pedicure chair waiting.. Annoying but they've always fixed any broken nails that have occurred within a reasonable time after getting them done so I continued to go. There isn't anyone I'd particularly recommend but I did prefer to not have the younger guy do the full set because any time he did they'd look like they were already grown out by a week. The last straw was my last visit. Having already grown accustomed to how long my nails typically last done (approx 1 month with a full set) I was surprised to see that by day 9 I'd already broken 3 nails and cracked 3. All nails broke or cracked in the same spot which tells me either the colored powder was no good or the nail tech did them too thin. This was now my second time returning since getting them done and I was upset. I need my nails done and presentable for work which is why I even get them done to begin with. I'm in the service industry so I work with my hands, I understand slamming my nail against something but breaking 6 nails out of 10 in 9 days is a bit much. Not to mention my schedule didn't allow me to go get it fixed until I was finally off. I arrive and tell them about the problem and they suggest fixing the broken nails. I was interested in a new set as it was obvious to me that 6 broken gel nails in a week in a half is too much but they said I'd need to pay for a new set if I did that and offered to add power to the existing set. Feeling like I had no choice because I didn't want to pay for a whole new set after having just got them done I agreed. Of course the result was a bulky looking set which was frustrating but at that point I just wanted to be done. Oh and of course they didn't lay it over the then growth because apparently that would mean I'd get charged for a fill. As if it was my fault that they did a poor job the first time I got them done?! 4 days into my set the nails started breaking and I had to go an additional 2 times to get them fixed, as if my time isn't of value. That's the last time I'll ever spend my hard earned money there! read more

Walk-in appointments are a saving gem on a Sunday morning. I hardlybhad to sit down in their waiting are a before I was called to a station to start my gel set. The gentleman (women technicians also work here) was very courteous and professional. Cleaning salon with many nail stations as well as pedicure chairs. Went in to have a mani and pedi before my son's wedding and unfortunately, the tech was way too aggressive removing the cuticle build up, pulling it waaaayyy to far. Besides being very painful, this caused a lot of bleeding, which slowed the whole process down, which made me late for the next event for the wedding. Then my toe swelled up so I couldn't wear my shoes. Also, they kept the little flower girl waiting for almost an hour for a nail polish. The bride walked out feeling less than thrilled with her experience and debated having her nails redone before the wedding. What should have been a fun, relaxing and special event caused us all to leave stressed. We had chosen this salon because of the high star rating but I honestly saw none of the things talked about in other reviews. They have a great space, play a wide variety of music, it's clean and my wait time is always minimal. All the techs that have done my nails over the past two months of me going their have done a great job and I've never had any issues. My only request would be to add more options to their dip powder. Phil, as he has with other clients, contacted me after my review. He apologized for the experience and encouraged me to come back in, which I did. He took care of me and had Amy do my nails again complete with dip and chrome. They looked fantastic when I was done. Both Phil and Amy made sure I was happy. We discussed couple of things I felt would help their clientele, like posting complete pricing, for Dip, shellac, chrome, nail sets and all types of pedicures with complete pricing so clients would know when they came in. I'm half Vietnamese which I guess the employees failed to recognize. I caught two of them talking badly about me in Vietnamese. When I told they guy doing my nails that I could understand them, he looked completely mortified. I don't think I've ever felt so humiliated in my whole life. I went once for a walk-in and it was about a forty minute wait. Manicure was good and I figured since its a walk -in you can't really complain if you have to wait. Came back two weeks later with an appointment and waited fifty minutes before I was seen. The owner had a lot of excuses about being short staffed but that's what he had said two weeks before when I was there as well, so it seems to me that they just book appointments indiscriminately and aren't really respecting people's time. I don't think it really matters how good the manicure or pedicure is if the service is this bad. I don't have time for a two and a half hour appointment just to get my nails done. read more

Approximately two weeks later I am now missing 3 nails. Going other places I have never broken a nail. When I had my nails redone, Phil was supposed to do them but I was put back in the hands of sue, who had messed up my nails the first time. Two of my nails broke below my where my normal nails would even be cut and it is extremely painful. Once again, an experience I've never had. I'm very picky and sometimes hard to please...he did amazing and was pretty fast too. I would highly recommend Jimmy for your dip, not for your pedicure. I have had a really hard time finding a nail salon since moving here. Luckily I stumbled upon 360 nails and I am hooked! I called before going in both times and spoke to Phil (the owner). He was very nice over the phone and assured me they would take care of me right when I got there, which they did. I have never had to wait. I would definitely recommend calling before you go. They also offer you a bottle of water as soon as you sit down. The salon is SO clean and organized. The first time I went I showed Phil a picture and my nails came out just like it!
