After I accepted the bid, they put me on the schedule and called to confirm a couple days before starting the job. When the crew showed up to do the work, Andy was also there with them at first to make sure they understood the scope of the work to be completed. They meticulously protected all surfaces prior to prepping and painting, and the paint job came out beautifully. They even patched some nail holes that I didn't realize I had.

He kindly realized I'm bad about picking up the phone and we coordinated mostly over text. We didn't have nearby parking but Ryan and his team member O'neal were able to figure it out and make it work by lugging their equipment over. They did great work keeping all our stuff covered, figuring out the right paint color since we didn't have a perfect match, moving our furniture around to get to where they needed, taking out pieces of the ceiling to inspect for water damage and putting everything back so it looked pretty seamless.
